We are a cooperative of 46 members, including 43 electric distribution cooperatives and public power districts in four states that together provide power to more than a million electricity consumers across nearly 200,000 square miles of the West... Carbon Power Light was established in 1941 to provide reliable electric service to its members with a high quality of customer service. This still rings true today in our company slogan: Member Owned - Service Proud. We continue to strive for the best in Service Quality, Innovation and Integrity.
