As the owner of the company, Susy is very proud of our growth since 2012 and our rebranding to Aging Well Eldercare (AWE) in April 2022. Our team of dedicated care managers have backgrounds in nursing, social work, gerontology and physical therapy and are all members of the Aging Life Care Association. In addition to our care management support, we also offer our Debbie's Angels concierge companion program, our WellSenior program for clients who wish to plan proactively for potential future care needs, as well as our family caregiver support through our e-library of articles on everything from driving safely to tips to prevent caregiver burnout.
