Aifric has supported Senior Team Members and Directors on projects from inception through to completion gaining a wide range of experience. She has worked alongside the team on a range of projects covering public works buildings, healthcare, residential, retail, commercial, educational and historic buildings.

Alan joined the practice in 2013 as a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Alan was promoted to the role of Associate Director in 2016. With in excess of 30 years' experience, Camilla spent a number of years working in the UK where she has delivered a number of Transport facilities, Potent Water facilities, Civil Infrastructure, Healthcare and Commercial Office projects. More recently in Ireland, Camilla has completed projects within the education, office and data centre sectors.

Colin joined Carron+Walsh in the role of Quantity Surveyor at the foundation of the business in 2010. He has since progressed to the role of Associate Director, receiving promotion in 2016.
Through his career to date, Colin's experience varies across a wide range of projects in variety of sectors including educational, industrial, residential, civil, commercial, retail and listed facilities.
Colin has completed a number of commissions with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in locations including Riyadh, Jeddah and King Abdullah Economic City.

Conor joined Carron + Walsh in 2020 as a trainee cost engineer as part of his industrial work placement period. Conor has since graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying, achieving a first-class honours result.
Conor has and continues to gain experience here at Carron + Walsh by supporting senior team members and Directors on projects from inception right through to completion in sectors such as residential, healthcare, education, infrastructure, commercial, public works and retail and leisure.
Since becoming qualified Conor is now focusing his full attention on working towards becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
Through a sponsorship programme within Carron + Walsh, Cormac is currently studying part time in Technological University Dublin to achieve a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics. Cormac completed work experience in 2015 with Carron + Walsh and decided to continue working with the company alongside his part time studies. This sponsorship programme facilitates Cormac in enhancing his career with Carron + Walsh whilst also enabling him to pursue his studies.

Denis is founding Partner and Director of Quantity Surveying of Carron + Walsh. Heading up Carron + Walsh's Quantity Surveying operation, Denis has over 20 years consultancy experience with specialist knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Feasibility Studies, Procurement Advice, Risk Management, Whole Life Costing and Cashflow Modelling to the Construction Sector both in Ireland and internationally.
Denis is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland, and held the position of Director within Nolan Ryan Tweeds, part of the WYG group of businesses prior to establishing Carron + Walsh in 2010.
With diverse construction experience gained in Ireland, Australia & the Middle East, Denis has an in-depth understanding of the procurement of buildings in all industry sectors and is involved in many public and private commercial developments.

Dylan joined Carron + Walsh in 2022 as a Senior Project Manager, with over 25 years' experience working within the property and construction industries. Dylan has worked predominantly for Developers and Consultants at Senior Project Manager level on many prestigious and complex projects in Ireland, UK, Continental Europe and the Middle East.
Dylan has experience of a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, manufacturing, retail, leisure, data centre, fit out and civil engineering.
With a decade of experience in the construction industry, Elaine has acquired significant experience in the project management, programming and scheduling of complex construction projects.
Elaine joined Carron + Walsh having relocated from Perth, Western Australia, where she fulfilled scheduling roles on two significant and complex projects. Elaine received a number of accolades for her role on the AUS $ 2bn Fiona Stanley Hospital Project in Perth.
Since joining Carron + Walsh, Elaine has served projects in Ireland, Belgium and USA. She is experienced in project management and controls, project planning, execution, risk, claims and delay analysis for a wide range of Clients.

John is a Senior Project Manager with six year's experience within the construction industry. After completing a BSc Honours Degree in Construction Management in Cork Institute of Technology in 2016, John joined a Project and Cost Consultancy in Dublin.
Through his career to date, John has gained a vast amount of experience across a wide range of projects in various sectors including pharmaceutical, retail, civil, residential and listed / protected structures, both in the public and private sector.
John has acted as senior lead on a number of high profile and complex projects in Ireland and particular throughout Central Europe including Germany, France and Holland.
John is involved in projects from inception through to completion while having an in-depth knowledge for identifying the brief / scope of works, consultant appointment, preliminary design, planning, detailed design, tender, construction and handover.

Julie graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economi cs in 2021 following her completion of the part-time programme. She is now in the process of becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
While completing her studies Julie gained a broad range of experience over a five year period with a private quantity surveying practice. This enabled her development of a strong skill base in cost management, procurement, and tendering. Since joining Carron + Walsh in 2021 Julie has worked on projects focused on residential, refurbishment, and public works, supporting senior team members and directors, from point of inception to completion. This experience compliments her existing knowledge in the education and commercial sectors.
Mandy is the Carron + Walsh Office Manager with 15+ years' administration and office management experience. Mandy has strong organisational skills with a background in operations, finance and customer services.
Responsible for a diverse set of daily administrative and financial tasks, Mandy performs her duties with decisiveness and accuracy and has worked in a range of industries prior to joining Carron + Walsh.

Michael brings over twenty years' practice in the construction industry, working with a wide range of clients in the procurement of industrial, commercial, residential, historic and public buildings. In addition, Michael specialises in the administration of contracts related to planned and reactive maintenance for Clients with large property portfolios.
In 2008 Michael qualified as a Grade III Conservation Surveyor and has been involved with a wide range of conservation projects to date. As a result he can provide a wealth of experience and insight in the area of maintenance and refurbishment of historic buildings

Having over twenty-three years' experience in the construction industry, in Ireland, the Middle East and Australia, Paul has acquired significant experience in the procurement and contract administration of Rail/Infrastructure and Building projects in the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Carron + Walsh, Paul held the position of Senior Commercial Manager with WSP, leading a team of Quantity Surveyors in the commercial and contract administration of a 3bn Underground Metro Project in Qatar, from Contractor selection to operational readiness, spanning a period of 6 years.
Paul has also successfully delivered Commercial Office, Retail, Residential, High Rise, Leisure, Healthcare, Education, Industrial/Manufacturing, Public Realm and Infrastructure projects.

Paul joined Carron + Walsh in 2023 having acquired over 14 years' construction industry experience in Australia, Spain, and Ireland. During his 6 years in Australia, Paul held leadership roles in both main contracting and client-side organisations, delivering projects in civil infrastructure, mining, and healthcare. Upon his return to Ireland in 2016 Paul joined one of Irelands leading Tier 1 main contractors where he delivered a variety of large-scale healthcare, residential, educational, and pharmaceutical projects in both Ireland and Spain.
Paul has gained knowledge of contract management, design development, risk management, programme and process management, and on-site construction delivery. He has a keen interest in buildability assessment, value engineering, lean construction, logistics planning and modular construction methods.
Paul has also gained experience in managing and developing large teams, particularly useful for large fast track projects with an extended team where team management and communication are essential. Paul recognises that Project Management is above all about communicating with and managing people.

Philip provides consultancy services to Carron + Walsh with respect to general quantity surveying services. With a career spanning thirteen years' in the construction industry in Ireland, Philip has acquired significant experience in the procurement and cost management of buildings for both public and private sector clients. Projects have covered manufacturing facilities, tourism and leisure facilities, campus projects, education facilities, as well as sensitive conservation commissions.
Philip spent part of his early career working in the insurance loss adjustment industry and also in Quantity Surveying roles for both main contractors and consultancy practices, giving him diverse experience and perspective.

Tadhg has delivered many completed schemes through his career - including major urban regeneration, strategic land, build to rent, later living, for-sale residential, commercial offices, hotel, industrial facilities, civic, recreational and educational facilities.

In 2005 she became an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute having successfully completed Parts 1, 2 & 3 of the AITI examinations.
Having graduated from University College Dublin Vera worked as an Underwriter with AIB Finance & Leasing, she subsequently joined PricewaterhouseCoopers where she undertook studies with the Institute of Taxation of Ireland, and continued working as Tax practitioner in the industry until joining Carron + Walsh.
Vera joined Carron + Walsh in 2016 in the role of Project Administrator. She brings to this role just under 20 years' experience in the area of accountancy, taxation and administration.
