Alan Looney - President

With a foundation in cost analysis experience as an industrial engineer, Alan is masterful at keeping projects on schedule and in budget. Yet it's Alan's innate ability to find talented people and inspire teams to work together that make Castle the respected, sought-after company it is today. Under Alan's leadership, the Castle team holds to the highest standards of design, construction, project management, and client service earning Looney the Southern Living Custom Home Builder of the Year award and the Southern Living Cornerstone Award for distinguished leadership.

Brandon Castle

Brandon grew up right down the road in Murfreesboro and received his undergraduate in Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University. His experience is in estimating and purchasing for single-family residential to large-scale multi-family developments. He brings great attention to detail and an awesome last name to the Castle team.

Brett Wright

Job Titles:
  • VP Operations & Broker
Brett Wright is hands-on and involved in every Castle project. Experienced in all aspects of construction management, Brett is an expert in customer care, estimating, scheduling, takeoffs, and land development and is keenly attuned to clients' specific needs. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Construction Management, Brett is licensed by the State of Tennessee for Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.

Heather Looney - VP

Known for being creative and innovative, Heather Looney is a seasoned home design and marketing professional. She sees the world in colors, textures and materials - always with a watchful eye for emerging design trends. With her unique talent and perspective, Heather is the ideal guide for selection of interior and exterior details that are beautiful and livable, balanced and comfortable. Through personal consultation and involvement throughout pre-planning, Heather makes sure your home will be a Castle.

Josh Foy

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Josh hails from the Buckeye State, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Columbus College of Art and Design and a Masters in Fine Arts from Miami University, in Oxford Ohio. He also has a Tennessee Residential General Contractors License "BC-A". Growing up in a family of craftsmen and tradesmen he channeled his experience in building and background in Art into starting his own successful build and remodel business in Ohio. With a passion for quality craftsmanship and eye for design, Josh brings a number of valuable attributes to the home building process and the Castle team.

Joshua Smith

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Joshua was the on-site project manager for the 2015 Nashville Symphony House, a fundraiser that benefited the Nashville Symphony. He also oversaw the 2013 Southern Living Idea House at Fontanel. Joshua grew up in King, North Carolina working residential construction with his father. Joshua followed the passion instilled in him from those experiences by graduating from Appalachian State University with a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Design and Bachelors of Science in Construction Management.

Joy Huber

Joy brings a fresh perspective to interior design for Castle Homes. Her expertise not only encompasses assisting homeowners with interior space planning, and bath, and kitchen design, but she's also a valuable asset for exterior and interior finish selections. As a LEED Accredited Professional, with a specialty in building design & construction, Joy's diverse background of project management and design provides her with the expertise to manage projects from early design concept through completion. She is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design.

Katherine Edwards

Katherine Edwards is from Clinton, MS. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi. She started in governmental and non-profit accounting before moving into construction accounting with Castle Homes. With ten years of accounting experience, Katherine offers a very organized and detailed approach to running the accounting needs at Castle Homes.

Lexi Lange

Lexi believes in the power of beautiful interiors to transform daily life. With a BA in Interior Design from the University of Kentucky and an eye for quality and craftsmanship, she brings a polished and timeless design. Her attention to detail, creativity, and passion brings every homeowner's dreams to life. Lexi strives to bring each client's lifestyle and personality out with refinement and distinctive style creating functional and stunning spaces.

Michael Smith

Michael Smith, a native from Lebanon, TN, is a graduate from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Construction Management. His previous work experience includes owning a personal stonemason business, making him a natural fit for residential construction. Michael's favorite part of his job at Castle Homes is the problem-solving involved with a unique custom design.

Rachel Arcinas

Job Titles:

Rachel is from Hendersonville, TN and is a graduate of Watkins College of Art and Design with a BFA in Interior Design. Rachel's experience in finish, furniture, and fixture selection, combined with a skilled eye for space planning, guides clients through the design and detail process of building a new home, creating beautiful and functional interior spaces.

Zachary Wilson

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Zachary grew up in Portage, WI completing his degree at UW-Platteville in Building Construction Management. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys camping, hiking, sports, hunting, fishing, and grilling/barbecuing.
