His designs can be seen in residential homes, hospitals, commercial buildings and business offices. His excellent work ethics are likewise appreciated by our long list of clients because he delivers well before the scheduled deadline , developing and improving his designs making his visions come alive
Adel Ahmed is CDC Financial Manager, He oversees all areas of finance including: critical accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, banking, account reconciliations, expense budgeting and revenue forecasting. He provides strategic analyses for management to determine project and company profitability, and prepare quarterly financial statements and special reports to implement the Company's vision and strategies.
Ahmad is the Founder, President and CEO of Construction Development Center, CEO of Argonaut Misr LLC for Engineering solutions, Chairman for URBANICS for sustainable natural and built environment, Chairman of MIDAN (NGO) association for public spaces. In that capacity, Ahmad helped build prominent establishments in Urban planning, Architecture, interior design construction engineering and construction projects management in Egypt and the MENA region.
Ahmed is a competent electric engineer with a comprehensive knowledge of designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. With over 18 years of experience in the architectural industry, He was responsible for large-scale architectural and interiors work; as an architect, and planner shaping a diverse range of places from mixed-use, commercial office buildings, workplace, restaurants, retail spaces, residential.
Rami, graduated with a degree in architecture in 2011 and began his career as a designer, heis hardworking, highly motivated and enthusiastic Design Architect who is capable of working independently to deadlines and enjoy working in a proactive manner within a challenging environment.
CDC new member who has joined us last September, she discovered her passion for architecture during her studies at Misr International University, Cairo, her career began four years ago as an architect.
