Brian is an Associate with CCI. He is an experienced strategic analyst and project manager/project director. His particular skills cover the full range of expertise necessary for the strategic analysis, establishment and directing of major projects, and correcting problem projects.
Bruce is an Associate with CCI. His contract management background includes construction project management roles in the UK, Europe and Africa where he worked extensively on major international infrastructure projects in the oil, gas, mining and power generation sectors. He was then active in the creation and development of a management consulting and training group providing a broad range of services to a government, engineering and construction client base across Australia, New Zealand and SE Asia.
Bruce holds Certificate IV qualifications in workplace assessment and training. He delivers public and in-house training courses covering a broad range of contract management functions, including contract administration, inspection and superintendence, using the AS 2124 and AS 4000 suites of contract documents, together with clients' own contract conditions.
Eric is an Associate with CCI. He has 35 years experience in the building and construction industry, much of which has been associated with the management of contracts and the provision of contractual and procurement advice.
He has extensive knowledge of AS2124 and AS 4305 and is well regarded in the industry for his expertise in these particular contracts. This recognition has translated to the development and delivery of in excess of 200 seminars since 1989 for various academic and government organisations.

He is a past National Councillor of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (IAMA), and a past Chairman of the Queensland Chapter of this Institute. He is also a past Chairman of the Engineering Contracts and Dispute Resolution Committee of the Queensland Division of Engineers Australia.

For several years Mike served as external examiner and guest lecturer for final year university civil engineering and post-graduate students. He has served on general and executive committees for several professional and community bodies. Internationally, he has authored, presented and had published over 20 papers on civil engineering and contract management matters.
