Beatrix is Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Prior to her appointment, she served as Executive Director - Finance & Operations, responsible for the bank's Finance, Operations, ICT and Credit functions of the bank since May 2022.
Beatrix has over 24 years of experience covering audit, corporate accounting and finance, strategic management, and enterprise-wide risk management from the assurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and financial services industries. Beatrix joined CDH Investment Bank Limited as Chief Finance Officer in 2013. Beatrix served in a similar capacity at Nedbank (Malawi) Limited between 2010 and 2013. Between 2008 and 2010 she was Finance and Administration Manager for Dulux (Malawi) Limited. Before joining Dulux (Malawi) Limited, she served as Chief Controller of Carlsberg (Malawi) Limited comprising Carlsberg Breweries Limited, Southern Bottlers Limited, and Malawi Distilleries Limited. Previously, she was with Malawi Telecommunications Limited as Head of Internal Audit. Beatrix started her career with KPMG in 1998.
Beatrix is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the University of Ulster (Northern Ireland).
Charles has strong experience in investment management, investment and commercial banking and financial advisory which spans over a period of over 28 years. Charles is a Financial Management Consultant, consulting on various transactions in Ghana. Charles started his banking career with the Bank of Boston, USA, in 1985. In 1990, he was appointed Vice President of Ecobank Ghana Limited. He also served as Vice President of HSBC Equator Bank, Connectiucut, USA between 1994 and 1998.
In 1998, Charles joined the Ghana Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) as General Manager for its investments division. He was later appointed Chief Executive Officer, a position he held until 2001. Between 2003 and 2006, Charles was Chief Operating Officer of Greater Philadephia Health Action Plc, USA.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Tuck Business School, Dartmouth College, USA.

Elias was appointed as CDH Investment Bank Director in 2018 and is currently the Head of Finance and Administration for Press Trust Limited.
Elias is an experienced business and finance executive with a strong focus on financial reporting and human resource management. He is an accountant by profession and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a chartered accountant (CA, Mw) and a member of the Institute of Chartered accountant in Malawi (ICAM).
Elias has over 19-year experience in financial reporting and treasury management. Before joining Press Trust, he previously held senior positions at Malawi Post Corporation (MPC) and Delloite and Touché.
Franklin has extensive experience in international banking with a career spanning over 45 years. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of TransAfrica Holdings Limited (Mauritius) and is also a Non-Executive Director of the African Export-Import Bank (AFREXIMBANK). Franklin is President of Equator Capital Partners, a private equity fund management company investing in regulated financial institutions supporting the micro and small business sectors in emerging markets. He serves on the boards of the funds being managed by Equator and chairs the respective investment committees. Franklin served as Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Equator Bank plc, a UK registered and regulated merchant and investment bank focused on sub Saharan Africa from 1988-2002. He joined Equator Bank, a predecessor of HSBC Equator Bank Limited plc, in 1976. Between 1968 and 1976, Franklin held various positions with the Royal Bank of Canada.
Franklin was also a Private Sector Advisor to the Canadian Government for the structuring and selection of the management for the $100million Canadian Investment Fund for Africa and served several terms as a member of the African Advisory Committee of the US Export-Import Bank. He was also a Director of Corporate Council on Africa in Washington DC.
Franklin is a Canadian citizen and holds a Business Administration Degree (Honours) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada. He is currently a resident of the United States.

John is also shareholder and chairman for the Kwikfit franchise group (motor tyre companies) in Malawi and Zambia
John has a strong background in business, economic development and public sector consulting.
Before joining Imani Development Limited, John worked with Business Development Africa Limited as Managing Director and Director (Malawi and South Africa). In 1988, John was appointed Managing Director for Sasfin Central Africa Limited. He also served as Managing Director of Financial Services Limited between 1992 and 1997.
John has a BSoc Sc in Business studiesand a BSoc (Honours) degree in Economics, both from the University of Cape Town.

Kofi is currently the Chief Executive Officer of TAH Capital (Pty) Limited (South Africa) and Chairman of SDC Finance and Leasing Company Limited (Ghana).
Kofi has a distinguished career in banking built over 22 years. Before joining TAH Capital he was Chief Marketing Officer for HSBC Equator Bank Plc (UK) based in Johannesburg South Africa. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Regional Director for HSBC Equator Bank Plc based in Accra, Ghana. Between 1993 and 2000, Kofi held positions of Assistant President, Vice President and Regional Team Leader, and Senior Vice President and Regional Director with HSBC Equator Bank Plc based in Lusaka, Zambia. Kofi also worked with Citibank Zambia Limited. He has also worked with AT&T Bell Laboratories Homdel (USA) and Motorola Incorporated (USA).
Kofi has a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) and Master of Science, Transport Studies (USA) from Massachesetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. He also holds a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering (University of Virginia, USA), and Bachelor of Science in Physics from Bates College (USA).

Mr. Kingsley Zulu was appointed as a non-executive Director of CDH Investment Bank in November 2016 and sits on the Audit committee of the board.
He is currently employed as the Group Financial Controller for Continental Holdings Limited, a position he has held since April 2012. He previously held the position of Head of Finance, Administration and IT for Continental Discount House Limited (CDH), a predecessor of CDH Investment Bank (CDHIB) from November 2007 and March 2012. He also served as caretaker Chief Finance Officer of CDHIB between December 2012 and April 2013.
Prior to joining CDH, he worked for the Malawi Institute of Management (MIM) as Director of Finance (April 2004 - November 2007) and as Accountant from April 2002 to March 2004.
Mrs Joyce Gundani, is a Malawian with over 35 years professional experience as a central banker. She has extensive experience in regulation and supervising Authorized Foreign Exchange Dealers, compliance monitoring, internal auditing, development and management of regulations, policies, procedures, and strategic human resource management. Her other areas of expertise include strategic planning and management of cross-function teams.
She held various managerial positions at RBM and as a Director of Human Resources, and a Director of Exchange Control. In her last post as a Director of Foreign Flows Monitoring at the Reserve Bank of Malawi (RBM), she was responsible for administration of Exchange Control policies and procedures, enforcing Exchange Control, compliance, monitoring foreign exchange market operations and oversight functions on investigations on forex use and externalization. Mrs Gundani also served as a key member in several government committees on trade, doing business and investment as a representative of both the Central Bank and the Malawi Government.
Robert is a currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CDH Holdings Limited.
Robert has a strong professional accounting and financial services background spanning over 40 years in a number of African countries, namely: Zambia, Ghana, Malawi, Kenya, Rwanda and Liberia. In 1999, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Director of TransAfrica Holdings Limited (Mauritius). Robert is a Non-Executive Director of CDH Asset Management Limited, CDH Capital Limited, CDH Commodities Limited, SDC Finance and Leasing Company Limited (Ghana) and CDH Capital (Rwanda) and TAH Capital (South Africa).
