Alice Hm Chen, MD, MPH, serves as Chief Health Officer (CHO) for Centene Corporation. Dr. Chen is responsible for Centene's strategies, policies and programs in support of improving population health for Centene's members.
Prior to joining Centene, Dr. Chen was Chief Medical Officer at Covered California, the state's health insurance marketplace, where she was responsible for healthcare strategy focused on quality, equity and delivery system transformation. She previously served as Deputy Secretary for Policy and Planning and Chief of Clinical Affairs for the California Health and Human Services Agency, where she led signature health policy initiatives on affordability and access and played a leadership role in the state's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Chen was also a professor of medicine at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine, based at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, where she served as its Chief Integration Officer and founding director of the eConsult program.
Dr. Chen received a Bachelor of Science in environmental biology from Yale University and has a Doctor of Medicine from the Stanford University School of Medicine. She also has a Master of Public Health in health care management and policy from Harvard School of Public Health. A primary care internist by training, she provides clinical care at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.

Ashlee Knuckey serves as Chief Risk, Ethics and Compliance Officer for Centene Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for leading Centene's Risk and Compliance team and driving excellence through a Risk and Compliance department that meets and surpasses the expectations of Centene's government clients, providers and members.
Prior to joining Centene in 2022, Knuckey served as a partner at Locke Lord LLP, where she was Co-Chair of the Health and Managed Care Litigation practice group and a member of the Board of Directors. During her time at Locke Lord, Knuckey served as Lead Regulatory Counsel for WellCare in its merger with Centene.
Knuckey also served as Outside General Counsel for the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, where she was a trusted advisor to Association leadership, including the CEO, CFO and executive committee.
Knuckey holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor degree from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Brian LeClaire, MBA, PhD, serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Centene Corporation. LeClaire is responsible for Centene's information technology strategy, ensuring its alignment with the company's business strategy, and delivering secure, differentiated technology-enabled experiences to members.
Prior to joining Centene, LeClaire was Director, Technology, for the healthcare team at Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in investments in healthcare and industrial growth companies. At Arsenal, he led informational technology due diligence, advisory and oversight for the firm's healthcare sector, and aided portfolio companies in the development and delivery of their technology strategy and value capture initiatives. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Humana, where he spent more than two decades in various technology and operational leadership roles. Prior to that, he was a Vice President of Product Development at Alltel, a wireless service provider acquired by Verizon Wireless and AT&T.
LeClaire received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Ripon College; a Master of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh; and a PhD in management information systems, with a minor in computer science, from Oklahoma State University.

Chris Koster serves as Secretary and General Counsel for Centene Corporation. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel, and held the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Services.
Prior to joining Centene, Koster served as Missouri Attorney General for eight years. Before he was elected Attorney General, he served in the Missouri Senate for four years, and Prosecuting Attorney in Cass County for 10 years.

Drew Asher serves as Chief Financial Officer for Centene Corporation. Asher's responsibilities include overseeing Centene's Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, Tax, Actuarial Services, Health Economics, Financial Planning, Investor Relations, and Procurement. He has held this position since May 2021.
Asher joined Centene in January 2020 conjunction with the company's acquisition of WellCare, where he served as Executive Vice President, Specialty. Prior to that, Asher served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WellCare Health Plans.
Prior to joining WellCare, Asher was the Chief Financial Officer of Aetna's local and regional businesses, a position he held since May 2013 when his former employer, Coventry Health Care, was acquired by Aetna. He was with Coventry for 15 years, most recently as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he spent five years as an auditor and accountant serving clients, including managed care.
Asher holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Florida and a master's in taxation from the University of Central Florida.

Erika McConduit, Esq. serves as the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer of Centene Corporation. In her role, McConduit leads the enterprise DEI and Community Impact strategy, focused on enhancing talent, policy development, supplier diversity and expanding strategic impact partnerships with external stakeholders.
Prior to Centene, McConduit served as the President and CEO of the Urban League of Louisiana, where she led its expansion to a statewide entity, distinguishing it among the network of affiliates around the country. She also served as Chief Operating Officer of the YWCA of White Plains and Central Westchester, New York. Earlier in her career, McConduit was a corporate litigation attorney with Frilot, Partridge LLC, and has a media background in corporate communications with MTV Networks - Nickelodeon and VH1 in New York.
McConduit has served as an adjunct faculty member of Dillard University in Louisiana and Monroe College in New York. Her current and past education service also includes the Louisiana Community and Technical College System Board of Supervisors, the New Orleans Advocate newspaper, New Schools for New Orleans, KIPP St Louis Board of Directors, the Data Quality Campaign in Washington, D.C., and the Pahara-Aspen Institute fellowship, among others.

Fasola joined Centene through the company's acquisition of Magellan Health Inc., where he served as CEO and a member of the Board of Directors.
