Centennial Vineyards is all about cool climate grape growing and winemaking. Visit us in Bowral for a guided tasting in our barrel room or lovely terrace... Our Cellar Door is open 10 am - 5 pm, 7 days a week, with our last wine tasting starting at 4pm... The vines ripen with lower temperatures than most Australian wine regions. Because the climate is colder, vines ripen the fruit much more slowly and evenly than in warm regions, producing balanced, aromatic fruit.
