CENTURY ALUMINUM COMPANY

Century Aluminum Company is a global producer of bauxite, alumina and primary aluminum. Our bauxite mining and alumina refinery in Clarendon, Jamaica (Jamalco) produces smelter grade alumina for consumption around the world, where alumina is converted into primary aluminum at our aluminum reduction facilities. The company owns and operates aluminum reduction facilities in the United States and Iceland. We have three U.S. aluminum smelters, in Hawesville, Kentucky (Hawesville), Robards, Kentucky (Sebree) and Mt. Holly, South Carolina (Mt. Holly), and one smelter in Grundartangi, Iceland (Norðurál, commonly referred to as Grundartangi). Norðurál is supported by our carbon anode facility in Vlissingen, Netherlands. Our primary aluminum facilities produce standard grade and value-added primary aluminum products, including our low-carbon aluminum products, Natur-Al TM, produced in Iceland.
