Since practicing law, Aamer has worked for nationally recognized law firms such as Godwin Gruber, Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors (f/k/a Bickel & Brewer), and Dentons US LLP. Aamer has successfully tried cases as first and second chair, and due to his knowledge and experience in litigation, Aamer has also counseled clients in corporate governance and transactional matters. Additionally, because of his educational background in medicine before attending law school, Aamer has been an invaluable asset to several clients in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries.
Aamer is also currently the managing partner of The Ravji Law Firm, P.C. d/b/a Ravji Law. Adrianna Martinez Goodland is a litigation attorney whose legal experience encompasses a variety of practice areas.
She attended Harvard University, the University of Texas at San Antonio, and Harvard Law School, where she served as an editor for Harvard Law School's Journal of Law and Technology.
Adrianna spent fifteen years working in criminal defense and family and juvenile law. She also served as a Municipal Court Judge in several north Texas cities for over seven years, and her work with young citizens ultimately led her to become a certified teacher and to take a twelve-year sabbatical to teach and influence students in local public schools.
Since returning to her law practice, Adrianna's work has focused on civil practice, including the areas of civil rights, education, and representation of government entities.
Adrianna calls Murphy, Texas home, and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her four children and two dogs. On a spring or summer day you may also find her enjoying a Texas Rangers baseball game, although her heart belongs to the Boston Red Sox.

Annik Morgan is a partner at Chamblee Ryan and specializes in medical malpractice. Annik is licensed in both Texas and Louisiana. Prior to joining Chamblee Ryan, Annik served as employment counsel for Jefferson Parish Government in Louisiana, representing over 20 governmental departments (over 3,000 employees) against Title VII and ADA matters. Through the use of summary proceedings and effective case work-up, she was able to obtain dismissal of all matters under review by the Fifth Circuit and negotiated dismissal or non-monetary resolution of all other matters at EEOC administrative proceedings. In her role as employment counsel, Annik worked closely with risk management and other departments to minimize exposure by reviewing policies and updating practices. She also advised Human Resources on a regular basis regarding matters of policy and compliance.
As an attorney with Chamblee Ryan, Annik's practice has focused on defending clients in medical malpractice lawsuits. She has been second chair on multiple trials with multi-million dollar demands, resulting in the return of unanimous defense verdicts at each trial. Annik also continues to work with clients in a general counsel capacity, assisting clients in minimizing legal risks.
Since moving to Texas, Annik wanted to immediately get involved and have an impact in her new community. She is active with Texas Appleseed, Emerging Leaders Council, serving as president 2020 - 21. Ashley Pierce is an Associate at Chamblee Ryan and has spent the last few years working as a Prosecutor. She is eager to jump into the world of civil litigation defense. Stuart Carter is a senior associate at Chamblee Ryan. Robert L. Perez was raised in the Rio Grande Valley. He went to Harlingen High School and then proudly severed in the Texas National Guard. Subsequently, Mr. Perez graduated from St. Mary's University in 2002 and earned his law degree at St. Mary's University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, he earned the Marianist-Green award for clinical excellence for his representation of clients during law school; an award only given out to one law student per year.

Tina Taylor Thomas is a partner at Chamblee Ryan, in charge of the Houston office. She was first admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 1994, and since, has become licensed in District of Columbia, Maryland, Ohio, and Texas. Tina has handled litigation, through trial, throughout the country, in jurisdictions she is licensed as well as appearing pro hac vice in multiple jurisdictions. Her litigation experience has included a wide variety of areas involving large loss and catastrophic damages/injuries, construction defect, food contamination, complex litigation, trucking defense, and products liability in both state and federal courts.
Tina's experience led to the development of a Rapid Response practice in both trucking and catastrophic events for a major insurance carrier. She has trained both paralegals and attorneys on rapid response techniques, preservation of evidence and expert retention in a multitude of legal areas. Following law school, and enduring several Michigan winters, Weston and his wife, Emily Hall, knew they had to get back to Texas. Weston, Emily, and their three sons are proud to call Flower Mound their home. In his free time, Weston enjoys being with his wife and sons, fishing, building computers, and playing golf.

Bill Chamblee is a founding partner of Chamblee Ryan and has served as the firm's President and Managing Partner since its inception. Bill's legal practice focuses on civil litigation in a wide variety of areas, including personal injury defense and medical malpractice. Bill's experience covers a wide array of industries such as health care, transportation, and insurance. Bill's clients range from individuals, to small businesses, to large corporations, all of whom rely on him for national trial defense and legal counseling. Bill's litigation practice includes nationwide representation of major transportation and retail corporations, as well as Texas-wide representation of insured businesses and individuals practicing in a broad range of industries. Bill was born in Hollywood, California and raised in Irving, Texas. He lives in Keller with his wife Divenna, who is also an attorney at the firm, and their two daughters. Bill and his oldest daughter often spend time together engaging in hunter/jumper horse-related activities. Before his daughter was born, Bill practiced heading and heeling. Bill and Divenna are often involved in local charity events as sponsor, producer, or organizer.
