Bradley, Material Sales Manager, has been employed with the company for 21 years in various capacities beginning as a Certified Public Weigher and working up through the company to his current position.
Bradley is responsible for material pricing and delivery of all materials including aggregate and agricultural products.
Bradley is married to his wife Tanya and they have one fantastic son, Jackson (10). Bradley loves working on his farm and raising cattle.
Dale, Marine Fleet Manager, has been employed with the company for over 10 years in various capacities beginning as a deckhand and working up through the company to his current position.
Dale is responsible for managing the movement of all boats and crews while maintaining and overseeing Subchapter M requirements for our marine fleet.
Dale is married to his wife, Tammy, and they have three children and 8 wonderful grandkids. In addition to spending time with family, Dale enjoys working on old muscle cars.
Holly, Office Manager, has been employed with the company for 1 year. Holly is responsible for keeping Terry Harris and Bradley Gray out of trouble by helping them maintain all our port administrative paperwork.
Holly is married to her husband, Dale, and they have one son, Dalson (20). Holly loves spending time at the lake and is a huge football fan.
Jamey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He has been employed with Choctaw for 24 years and currently serves as Vice President.
Sanders has also served in numerous leadership roles with the Associated General Contractors of America including President of the Mississippi Valley AGC, Chairman of both the National AGC Marine Construction and Corps of Engineers committees and served as the National Federal and Heavy Division President. Sanders has served on the National AGC Board of Directors for 4 years and is a life governor of National AGC. He is also a member of the Constructing Constructors' Council of America.
Jamey is married to Kelly Sanders, and they have two daughters, Chloe (16) and Lilly (9).

Jeff, 4th generation owner and Supervisor of Operations, has been employed with the company for over 22 years in various capacities beginning as a laborer and working up through the company to his current position.
Jeff is responsible for supervising project operations for Choctaw Transportation Company at the port and on marine contracts for the Corps of Engineers and TVA.
Jeff is active in the local community and First Baptist Church, Dyersburg. Jeff is married to his wife, Lindsey, and they have three beautiful children. In addition to spending time with family, Jeff enjoys endurance sports and hunting.

Terry Harris currently serves as Port Manager of Choctaw Transportation Company located in Dyersburg, TN. Terry has been employed with the company over 24 years in various capacities beginning as a Certified Public Weigher and working up through the company to his current position.
Terry is responsible for managing all operations at Heloise Port and assists in managing all activities involving the movement and transportation of all marine assets including boats, barges, and floating plants.
Terry spent 28 years in the National Guard and retired in 2008 as Sargent Major. Terry is active in the Church without Walls and the community while also serving as a reserve deputy with the Dyer County Sherriff's Department. Terry is married to his wife of 46 years, Paula, and he has one daughter and two wonderful grandchildren. Terry enjoys camping and trail riding with his horses.
