Bill Graves is Chief Data and Technology Officer at CIBC Mellon. Brian Lee - CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Brian is responsible for CIBC Mellon's financial strategy including key finance functions and operations including financial reporting, planning and performance measurement. He also contributes to the corporate strategic planning process. Brian has 30 years of experience in finance, including more than 22 years at CIBC where he most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance Operations, and prior to this was the Global Chief Audit Executive. In addition to Brian's experience at CIBC, he served as CFO at CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank, where he had responsibility for financial oversight, reporting, planning and treasury. Before joining CIBC, Brian articled with the accounting firm Arthur Andersen. Brian holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and is a Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the Board of Directors for Trafalgar Castle School and is the Chair of the Finance and Property Committee.

Catherine Thrasher is Chief Client Solutions Officer for CIBC Mellon, and Managing Director for BNY Mellon Global Risk Solutions. Catherine Thrasher is the Chief Client Solutions Officer for CIBC Mellon, and Managing Director for BNY Mellon Global Risk Solutions. Catherine is responsible for overseeing the operating model and multi-product solutions, across CIBC Mellon and BNY Mellon, that address the data needs of our clients. She is also responsible for overseeing performance and risk analytics services and operations in Canada. Catherine has 20 years of investment industry experience, all in performance and risk. Catherine has been with BNY Mellon Global Risk Solutions (GRS) and its predecessor companies since 1998. Catherine is one of Canada's foremost performance and risk monitoring professionals, frequently called on to speak at industry conferences on a variety of performance and risk measurement topics. She also sits on numerous management committees of BNY Mellon Global Risk Solutions' international practice. Catherine earned her Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) designation and the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation, and she holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.
