Bill Graves is Chief Data and Technology Officer at CIBC Mellon.
Bill is responsible for leading CIBC Mellon's technology mandate, which includes overseeing our data strategy and client technologies as well as aligning CIBC Mellon's technology solutions with our parent companies, CIBC and BNY Mellon.
Prior to joining CIBC Mellon, Bill served in senior technology and data roles at Manulife, with a particular focus on driving a culture of customer centricity through technology.
In addition to 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bill has an honours bachelor of administrative studies degree from Trent University and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.

As Chief Financial Officer, Brian is responsible for CIBC Mellon's financial strategy including key finance functions and operations including financial reporting, planning and performance measurement. He also contributes to the corporate strategic planning process.
Brian has 30 years of experience in finance, including more than 22 years at CIBC where he most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance Operations, and prior to this was the Global Chief Audit Executive. In addition to Brian's experience at CIBC, he served as CFO at CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank, where he had responsibility for financial oversight, reporting, planning and treasury.
Before joining CIBC, Brian articled with the accounting firm Arthur Andersen. Brian holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and is a Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant.
He serves on the Board of Directors for Trafalgar Castle School and is the Chair of the Finance and Property Committee.

Catherine Thrasher is Chief Client Solutions Officer for CIBC Mellon, and Managing Director for BNY Mellon Global Risk Solutions.
Catherine Thrasher is the Chief Client Solutions Officer for CIBC Mellon, and Managing Director for BNY Mellon Global Risk Solutions.
Catherine is responsible for overseeing the operating model and multi-product solutions, across CIBC Mellon and BNY Mellon, that address the data needs of our clients. She is also responsible for overseeing performance and risk analytics services and operations in Canada. Catherine has 20 years of investment industry experience, all in performance and risk. Catherine has been with BNY Mellon Global Risk Solutions (GRS) and its predecessor companies since 1998.
Catherine is one of Canada's foremost performance and risk monitoring professionals, frequently called on to speak at industry conferences on a variety of performance and risk measurement topics. She also sits on numerous management committees of BNY Mellon Global Risk Solutions' international practice.
Catherine earned her Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) designation and the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation, and she holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.

Kelly Hastings is Chief Risk Officer at CIBC Mellon.
Kelly is responsible for overseeing CIBC Mellon's enterprise risk management framework, which includes credit risk, market risk, operational risk and compliance. In this role, she also manages the corporate-wide policy framework and the organization's relationships with its regulators.
Prior to joining CIBC Mellon in 2008, Kelly held a variety of senior credit and risk positions, with a primary focus on providing support for capital-markets-related businesses.
In addition to having over 25 years of industry experience, Kelly holds an honours bachelor of arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from York University, and she completed the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.

Mal Cullen is Chief Executive Officer of CIBC Mellon, a Canadian leader in asset servicing. He is responsible for the overall strategy and performance of CIBC Mellon.

Mary Ann MacKenzie is Chief Client Experience Officer and a member of the CIBC Mellon leadership team. She has oversight over CIBC Mellon service directors and relationship management of core clients as well as business performance metrics, client data governance, collection and analytics.
She has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, and joined CIBC Mellon in 2013. Prior to joining the leadership team, she was responsible for the development and execution of CIBC Mellon's client service model for our mid-size pension, fund, institutional and endowment clients.
An active volunteer, Mary Ann is a Director on the Special Olympics Foundation Board and a Director on the Canadian Postcode Lottery Foundation. She formerly served as Board Chair of the African Medical and Research Foundation (AMREF), Canada, and as Vice Chair of the AMREF International Board.

Rob Ferguson is Chief Markets Officer at CIBC Mellon.
