Evan Mulligan - VP of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Evan is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and executing the growth plan for the next phase in Chronus development. Evan is passionate about developing people, building efficient, repeatable, and scalable sales models and focusing teams on the impact Chronus makes in the lives of customers, mentors and mentees. Evan has over two decades in Enterprise software sales. Prior to joining Chronus, Evan was Vice President of Sales at Workiva, leading the GRC Solutions team in the US and Europe. He successfully transformed the team from incubation to enterprise maturity, increasing revenue and sales efficiency. In addition to leading the GRC team, Evan was previously Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Workiva, and an executive sponsor for the ERG Program. Evan graduated from New Mexico State University with a BA in Finance.

Lydia Frank - CMO

As Vice President of Marketing, Lydia uses the art and science of strategic storytelling to showcase the incredible power of mentorship in developing employees, transforming organizational culture from the inside out and ensuring every employee feels connected to and supported by their organization. Prior to Chronus, Lydia served in a number of marketing roles at PayScale - most recently Vice President of Corporate & Product Marketing - growing it from a disruptive startup to the market leader in the compensation data and software vertical. Previously, she led digital content teams at About.com and MSN.

Mostafa Ahmed - CFO

  • Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Ahmed is responsible for finance, accounting, legal, M&A, investor relations and overall business operations. Mostafa has over 25 years of progressive financial and operational experience. Prior to Chronus, Mostafa served as the Managing Partner of Vertex Accounting Solutions, a professional firm he started to provide emerging high-tech companies an access to senior financial executives on a fractional basis, and as the Managing Partner of Blackstone Realty, an investment firm he started to provide investors with a low-risk high-return investment vehicle in real estate. Mostafa also served as a CFO and as a senior financial executive in several high-growth software companies where he oversaw Finance, Legal, HR, M&A, Investor Relations and Business Operations. Prior to that, Mostafa led several public and private company audits as a member of the technology audit group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mostafa is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt.

Nick Milne-Home

As Chief Revenue Officer, Milne-Home is accountable for driving integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing and sales. He is passionate about using technology to make a difference in people's lives. Nick's most recent role was Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Parse.ly which he transformed from a niche Analytics tool for media companies into the leading Content Analytics solution for all Enterprises. Nick repositioned the business, grew revenues and achieved profitability, resulting in the acquisition of Parse.ly by Automattic Inc. Prior to Parse.ly, Nick spent 13 years at 1E where he was Chief Operating Officer and President, North America. He successfully transformed 1E from a niche UK-based Professional Services business into an award-winning international software company. Nick has an MBA and a Diploma of Marketing from Cranfield School of Management; a degree in Economics/ Politics from Bristol University; and is a former Captain/ Tank Commander in the British Army where he served in Northern Ireland, Central America, Cyprus and Germany.

Rebekah Kaiser

As Director of Account Management, Rebekah leads a team of passionate Account Managers who understand the impact mentoring can have on both the individual and the organization. Rebekah is responsible for developing long-term strategies to strengthen client relationships, scale, and grow an organization's mentoring footprint. Prior to Chronus, Rebekah held leadership positions at SaaS companies, Marchex and Rosetta Stone with a focus on the customer journey, from onboarding to renewal. In her previous roles, she delivered enterprise programs for global Fortune 500 organizations and successfully integrated technology into thousands of customer endpoints. A member of Latinas in Tech, Rebekah is enthusiastic about leveraging mentoring to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion across the workforce landscape. Rebekah studied Music Education at Liberty University.

Sabarish Sankar

As the Director of Engineering, Sabarish is responsible for defining long-term engineering strategies and roadmaps towards building highly scalable software products that delight customers and end-users alike. Sabarish has served Chronus in a variety of roles over his ten-year tenure, including as a software design engineer, engineering lead and engineering manager. In his role, he has built cross-functional engineering teams at Chronus that have continuously focused on innovations that have helped scale the product to meet evolving customer and market needs. Sabarish holds a B.E in Computer Science and Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai.

Sara Rahmani

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of People Experience & DEI
As Vice President of People Experience & DEI, Sara is a dynamic culture builder responsible for all things people, focusing on employee development, culture, engagement programs, and belonging, diversity and inclusion. Prior to Chronus, Sara created curriculum and developed district-wide academic programs for the Texas public school system. She has also worked in several talent roles as a consultant for Vista Private Equity, a global HR leader for high tech companies and in the legal field. In addition to a BS in Psychology from Texas State University, Sara completed her Master's in Education from University of Phoenix and is currently working on her Doctorate in Education from Walden University.

Seena Mortazavi - CEO

As Chronus' CEO, Seena is a passionate executive who leads strategy, oversees business and financial operations, and explores how software can impact the talent development world. Prior to Chronus, Seena spent most of his career at the intersection of IT and financial services. He worked directly with CEOs and business owners to design, launch, and grow financial products across a network of institutions. His experience ranges from scaling mobile banking services for rural farmers to designing complex financial products for microfinance institutions, and includes managing large-scale projects such as opening new branches and implementing complex IT systems. Earlier in Seena's career, he worked with Accenture, a management consulting and technology services company. His role encompassed providing high-level strategic support to management teams and improving general efficiencies through analyzing key performance indicators.

Venkatesh Velliangiri

As Director of Product Management, Venkatesh leads a team of passionate product managers and designers to create a culture of curiosity and innovation that reflects on our products. Prior to joining Chronus, Venkatesh held various product roles at Atlassian, Citrix, Xactly, and Oracle. In his previous roles, he has worked toward getting large enterprise customers to adopt cutting-edge technology in Sales, IT and HR functions. Venkatesh holds a Masters in Software Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a postgraduate diploma in Business Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
