Benjamin Ng is an experienced advisor with over 10 years of experience in various industries.
He first ventured into the real estate industry in 2014 focusing in sales & rental of condominium projects in districts 9, 10 & 11. He has helped several investors grow their property portfolios ever since.
In 2015, he joined Citi Commercial as a Commercial Real Estate advisor focusing more in leasing of commercial spaces. His dedication in offering consistent excellent consultancy service has brought him many repeated clients.
David Lim has has been with Citi Commercial for almost 10 years since 2011. Since then he has amassed a large number of portfolio clients under his care. David has won the Best Collaborator award in 2016 for his excellent teamwork and a high standard of integrity in the industry, and Top Producer award in 2018.
David is known for his honesty and straightforward demeanour, and will not hesitate to advise his clients the best options even if it means not closing the deal.

Gillian Low has 15 years of working experiences in the corporate and public sectors. She graduated with a second upper honours degree in Civil Engineering from NUS. In addition to serving clients in corporate leasing, she also oversees the operations and compliance in Cresa Citi Commercial.
Her eye for detail and strive for perfection have proved to be instrumental in helping her clients secure their choice office locations. Some of her corporate clients are PFC Singapore, Gulf Oil Marine, and Allison+Partners.
Janet Tew has been in the business space industry for several years and is no stranger to good customer service. Prior to her joining the Commercial Real Estate industry, Janet has been an air stewardess with Singapore Airlines. Her clients appreciate Janet for her positive energy and excellent client service. She won the Top Producer award in 2020.

Jason Ong joined Citi Commercial in 2018. He has several years of experience in commerical real esate transaction management.

Lisa Koh is an experienced property consultant who has been actively serving private investors in purchasing and leasing of their properties. She joined Citi Commercial in 2015, bringing with her a wealth of experience. She has helped Capital Dynamics Pte Ltd secure their office in Robinson 112, and represented Kith Cafe in their expansion.
Lisa has also mentored several advisors. Her approachable demeanor and ability to guide and teach have been key in grooming successful real estate consultants. She looks forward to taking a few more teachable salespersons under her wings in the new year.
Lisa won the Top Producer award in 2018 with several residential sale deals in the landed property sector transacted that year.
Luke Arikans was working in a HR consultancy firm prior to joining Citi Commercial in 2015.
Being in the commercial real estate industry for a number of years, Luke has chosen to focus in the retail industry. His customer-centric service and attitude have won him several loyal clients.

Matthew joined Citi Commercial in 2022 after spending 10 years in The Realty Specialists. Prior to joining Citi Commercial, he has represented both Landlords and Tenants in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. His clients appreciate his quick response and positive vibes. He is honest, hardworking and approaches every case with a "never say die" attitude.
Other than leasing, he has also sold offices in Suntec, International Plaza, Sunshine Plaza (Floor Plate) and GB Building (Floor Plate).

Preston has joined Citi Commercial Pte Ltd in 2022. Prior to joining Citi Commercial, he has been very active in the commercial office market for 5 years. Throughout his career in this industry, he has established great relationships with many corporate and strata landlords, as well as tenants. He is self-driven and very attentive to client's needs and his excellent service has gained trust and loyalty from many clients.
