Clinton Hermann

Clinton is an attorney passionate about fighting for the rights of the accused and advocating for families experiencing difficult situations. Before joining the team at Ciccarelli Law, he worked for a well-respected criminal defense firm in Montgomery County. He also served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. David M. Ragonese, of the New Jersey Superior Court, Trial Division. Clinton received his law degree from Rutgers Law School. While in law school, Clinton was a member of the Hunter Appellate Advocacy Moot Court and served as the Managing Research Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy. He also interned at the Gloucester County (NJ) Prosecutor's Office. Prior to law school Clinton graduated with honors from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA. While at Randolph-Macon, Clinton was a four-year member of the Yellow Jackets football team. Clinton is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. He and his wife reside in Chester County.

John Hamilton

John Hamilton brings more than four decades of broad and extensive experience to the family law department of the Ciccarelli Law Firm. He is recognized as an aggressive, detail-oriented, and thoroughly prepared advocate. His goal is to achieve the best possible outcome for each client, no matter how small or large the case. John graduated from the Delaware Law School of Widener University and passed the Pennsylvania Bar exam in 1979. He then spent three years with the tax department of the international accounting firm of KPMG in their Atlanta, Georgia office. There he dealt with federal tax compliance, planning and IRS audits for high-income individuals, partnerships, and corporations. At that time, he completed his LLM in Taxation at Emory University School of Law and achieved his credential in Pennsylvania as a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive). Upon returning to the Philadelphia area in 1983, John spent three years as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County, where he gained valuable courtroom experience prosecuting bench and jury trials. In 1987 he began devoting all of his time to his private law practice, including as an injury lawyer in Philadelphia. John's broad education, training, and experience have proven to be valuable tools in his practice focus on family law, estate probate and planning, and tax compliance. John has practiced in all counties in southeast Pennsylvania, the federal district court, and the tax court. He is a U.S. Army veteran, having been deployed overseas in 1972-73. He is conversational in Spanish and lives with his wife and daughter in Swarthmore

No less important to his father, Pasqualino, and Uncle Clem was that their children be well-educated and devoted to the service of others. Invigorated by this purpose, Lee pursued an education at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA where he combined a curriculum of chemistry and the sciences with American history, focusing on Civil Rights and the Labor Movement, and the Women's Movement. Since his graduation from the George Washington University Law school, he has successfully represented individuals in personal injury and criminal defense matters including automobile accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, consumer protection, and DUI and criminal cases, in more than twenty-five (25) counties throughout central and eastern PA.
