Rather than micro-managing each student and studio, CMA gives its teachers the freedom to develop a more personal relationship with students and families. As a result, CMA is home to some of the most experienced and highly regarded private teachers in the region... Cincinnati Music Academy, LLC (CMA) was started in 1997 by three Cincinnati music teachers - Amy Rose Immerman, Paul McCready and Lenore Wilkinson. Their objective in starting CMA was to provide high-quality music education in a friendly, productive environment for their students and an appropriate business atmosphere for themselves and other independent Cincinnati music teachers.
