CITYNET

CityNet is the largest association of urban stakeholders committed to sustainable development in the Asia Pacific region. Established in 1987 with the support of UNESCAP, UNDP and UN-Habitat, the Network of cities has grown to include 154 municipalities, NGOs, private companies and research centers... CityNet NC Indonesia was established in 2007 and is hosted by Sidoarjo City Government. Its organizational structure consists of a supervisory board, advisory board, followed by executive board (president, two vice presidents, secretary, and treasurer). Its management structure includes the Director of administration, Program director, as well as 25 members. NC Indonesia holds a congress every four years to elect a new host and president city.
