A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Angel began her career as a department manager for Mercantile Stores Co. before moving to their advertising department. From there, she advanced to a production assistant and traffic manager role before becoming the company's media buyer and talent director for print and broadcast media.
Angel brought her talents and experience to cj in 1999-the rest is history.

Beth leads the agency's data collection, strategy, and innovation initiatives in her role as cj's Chief Data Officer. She spearheads the analysis of cross-departmental metrics to facilitate client conversations and improve marketing performance. At cj, we believe an informed team with easily digestible reporting and visualizations translates to actionable insights that increase client ROI.
Prior roles at cj include Media Buyer, Media Analyst, Brand Manager, National Client Strategist, and Director of National Client Services. Her considerable agency knowledge helped create cj Track, our proprietary software that tracks how our marketing efforts are generating client leads. It is the cornerstone of the agency's data-driven methodology.
Originally from South Florida, Beth moved to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University. A few years after graduating, Beth joined the agency as one of its original team members. With that tenure, Beth provides a trusted voice on cj's Leadership team, working together with fellow department heads to drive the agency forward.

Born in Southern California and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Chad played competitive tennis on a national level. His skills earned him a scholarship to Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy (now IMG Academy) in Bradenton, Florida, where he graduated high school. He then moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to accept a tennis scholarship at Louisiana State University (LSU).
After earning his undergraduate degree at LSU, he attended LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctor. From his very first job out of law school, Chad's focus has remained on protecting the rights of injury victims.
In 2009, Chad founded Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers, a Louisiana-based personal injury law firm, with partners Steven DeBosier and James Peltier. The firm has grown from just a few attorneys and staff members to nearly 50 attorneys and more than 170 employees throughout Louisiana.
Additionally, in 2009, he also founded Vista Consulting, a consulting firm dedicated to helping other plaintiff personal injury law firms run more efficiently. For nearly a decade, Chad worked with almost 100 personal injury law firms, becoming an authority on the topic of law firm management and a frequent speaker at national conferences. In 2017, Chad left Vista Consulting to take on the role of CEO at cj Advertising.

Originally from Louisiana, Greg moved to Nashville in 2000 and joined cj as a Graphic Designer.
Before becoming cj's COO, he also served in the roles of Director of Print Services, Director of Yellow Page Services, Brand Manager, and Director of Operations. During the course of his time with cj, Greg was also involved with two start-ups as Director of Operations for Fair Share Lawyers, a probate dispute law firm based in Nashville, and as COO of BetterBookClub, a SaaS platform that encourages education and reading in businesses.
In his role as COO at cj, Greg helps to run the day-to-day of the agency and is involved in strategic planning, client services, sales and marketing, operations, HR, IT, and facilities.
As a member of cj's Leadership team, he coordinates the team's activity and meetings to advance agency initiatives. With an innate talent for poker and a knack for organization, Greg knows how to analyze just about any situation. No matter what he's doing, you can bet he's contributing to initiatives geared toward cj's long-term operational excellence.
A Louisianan through and through, James Peltier, Jr., was born in Baton Rouge, but grew up in Houma, where he graduated from Vanderbilt Catholic High School. He then returned to Baton Rouge to attend Louisiana State University and continued his education at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. James graduated cum laude from Southern University Law Center in 1995 with his Juris Doctor.
Just one year after graduating law school, James opened his own practice where he worked alongside several prominent Louisiana state representatives on both civil and criminal trials. In 1998, he joined the litigation department at the firm that would later become Dudley DeBosier.
In 2009, James joined forces with Chad Dudley and Steven DeBosier to found Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers. Since then, the firm has grown to become a state-wide brand with more than 170 employees and nearly 50 attorneys.
James speaks internationally with partner Steve DeBosier on litigation strategy and investigation.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Jennifer Floyd graduated from Nashville's Watkins College of Art, Design & Film with a degree in film editing. Since then, she has held a variety of roles in television and film production.
Jennifer worked at cj briefly in 2007 before returning as a producer in 2009. She was then promoted to Senior Producer and Executive Producer before becoming cj's Director of Creative Services in 2013.

Kalin Dudley is the Chief Digital Officer at cj Advertising, an advertising firm based in Nashville, Tennessee serving personal injury law firms nationwide with complete marketing packages.
In 2021, Kalin joined the cj Advertising ID team as a Chief Digital Officer where he oversees all digital marketing strategies and services. His work at cj Advertising is a strategic combination of search engine marketing (SEM) and social media and website optimization. In combining these disciplines, his team is able to deliver results that matter to firms nationwide.
Dudley's 20+ years of experience with online marketing tools includes three years at Leverage Marketing, a national leader in paid search (pay-per-click, or PPC). As Director of Paid Search, he led a team of 15 Google-certified search engine marketing specialists who managed over $1.5 million in monthly budgets. He was also the Manager of Search Marketing at Spur Interactive in Houston, Texas. Dudley is also the co-founder of an Austin-based group of 20 search engine marketing professionals who meet monthly to network and share strategies.
Born and raised in Honolulu, he graduated from Saint Louis School before completing his bachelor's degree at Louisiana State University. He is also a dad to three amazing young boys and enjoys coaching all their sports, especially baseball.

Micki began her career as a runner for Hughes & Coleman, a small personal injury law firm in Kentucky, while attending school. For more than 23 years, she was involved in all aspects of marketing and managing at the firm, and she eventually led the firm as their Chief Operating Officer.
Over the course of her tenure with Hughes & Coleman, the firm grew to over 175 team members with nine offices in four states. Throughout this time, she helped organize the M&L Legal Marketing and Management seminars, conducted financial comparison groups, and helped implement a cutting-edge intake department and operational efficiency system.
Micki's next step was working with Vista Consulting, where she helped law firms maximize their potential by solving operational obstacles.

Robert learned the value of a dollar from his father at an early age, and he's been crunching numbers since. After earning a degree in finance from the University of Memphis, Robert became a Certified Public Accountant. Now, as cj's Accounting Controller, he forecasts and plans the future impact of the company's strategic business decisions.
Robert creates and implements cj's yearly financial forecast and budget-an effort that requires open communication between all departments within the company. His open door policy and ability to listen and provide constructive criticism helps him provide financial support to cj leadership.
Cool under pressure with a knack for providing clear directions, Robert came to cj with years of financial experience. He held various finance and accounting positions in the international department at Healthways, and he also worked as a plant controller for Rexam, a manufacturer that produces 7 million Coca-Cola cans a day.
When Robert is at home, you're likely to find him watching football or college basketball with his wife and three sons.
