A law graduate. Mr Bhargava is the founder of the journal "Corporate Law Adviser" which started its journey in the year 1989. He has to his credit in the capacity of Author / Editor, several books in Corporate Laws, Business Laws and Direct Taxes.
A fellow member of the Institute of Company secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate. Ms Bhargava is a prolific Writer and has authored several books on Corporate and SEBI Law.

Mr Bhargava had been in the publishing industry for over three decades and had worked in the industry at management level. He has also worked with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a statutory body under an ACT of Parliament as head of the department. He is a member of the CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) task force on Legal Services.
Formerly of Indian Revenue Service (IRS) , Mr. Sahai has been associated with the Journal (CLA) since 1989.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (USA). He is an eminent personality in the field of Corporate Laws and is actively involved with ICSI in various academic endeavors. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Chartered Secretary, magazine of ICSI. He is a member of the core group of the Secretarial Standards Board of ICSI, Company Law Committee of FICCI and Punjab Chamber. Mr Narayanaswamy has been associated with the Journal (CLA) since 1989.
