Anton Magro

Anton Magro obtained his first degree in Business and Computing from the University of Malta. After graduating, he joined a major I.T firm providing business consultancy to clients on their financial systems and company processes. After five years, he was given the opportunity to join the finance team as a Finance Manager and commenced his ACCA studies. Anton is currently a Director of a Corporate Service Provider firm in Malta and through the firm he is our subcontracted CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the Group. He is a firm believer that enhanced customer experience and attention to detail is the major driver to the customer's and the firm's success.

Helena Mamo

Helena Mamo graduated with a BA (Hons) in Communication Studies from the University of Malta, followed by a Masters in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster, London. Coming from a long line of opticians, she is born and bred in the optical industry. She has experience working in all the different divisions throughout the years, be it retail, the laboratory or trading units. She has also diversified and spent a few years working in the media and journalism sector locally and internationally. She is a creative person who pours passion into all she does. As CGO (Chief Growth Officer) at Class, she is responsible for managing the companies growth initiatives. She leads a very active life, and enjoys travelling, reading and is pursuing a course in garden design. Helena likes to feel constantly invigorated, and the way the world of optical world and, especially, eyewear has evolved into something truly big in recent years keeps her motivated.

John C Grech

John C Grech has had a most distinguished career, heading some of Malta's leading public and private organisations. He is an economist and an independent professional and corporate adviser. John has also reached high levels in the academic world, having secured his PhD in International Economics at the University of Geneva where he also taught economics. He is a visiting professor at the University of Malta and lectures at the Mediterranean Academy for Diplomatic Studies. Until recently, John headed his own consultancy firm, EMCS, which he founded in 1983. He has headed prestigious organisations as the Bank of Valletta, Malta Tourism Authority, Middle Sea Valletta Life Assurance, as well as being appointed director of the Malta Freeport Corporation. He served as founding President of the Mediterranean Bank Network. John is also chairman of FIM Bank and serves as a director of several Maltese public and private companies. He is professionally active as a business and management consultant in Malta and overseas, having also acted in an advisory capacity to United Nations bodies. He was one of the first to introduce scientifically researched opinion polling in Malta. He is a member of the British Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Management. In 1995 he was elected Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
