Ben has more than 23 years of banking experience in commercial and retail banking. A graduate of Fairmont State University, he has strong ties throughout the central West Virginia area, and resides in Braxton County with his family. He serves as a member of Braxton County Rotary Club, the Braxton County High School CTE Advisory Council, and is a committee member for the Young Life program in Braxton County. He has also served as past president of the Braxton County youth basketball league and has coached youth football, basketball, little league baseball, and middle school basketball.

Blake has been with Clear Mountain Bank since 2004 as the bank's business banking specialist. He specializes in servicing the bank's business banking customers with all their treasury management needs ranging from business checking, credit card processing, remote deposit, and BizLink online banking. Blake has more than 15 years of experience at Clear Mountain Bank and is a graduate of Allegany College of Maryland with a degree in computer science. In addition, he is a graduate of the WVBA School of Banking and is a graduate of their 2019 Emerging Leaders Program. In his spare time, he serves as a member of the Morgantown North Rotary.
Dr. Kevin Blankenship, the owner and founder of Waterfront Urgent Care, talks about how Clear Mountain Bank's Mark Randalls helped him quickly secure a start-up loan in 60 days to fill a need for an urgent care facility in the Waterfront section of Morgantown.
Jesse has been with Clear Mountain Bank since 2016 and has more than 11 years' experience in commercial credit, finance and accounting. A graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in accounting, Jesse is also a certified public accountant. In addition, he is a graduate of the WVBA School of Banking and is a graduate of their 2017 Emerging Leaders Program. Jesse resides in Morgantown and has been active with many community organizations, including Community Power Network and WV SUN as a volunteer member of the Morgantown Solar Co-Op.
