Angela Thompson serves as Vice President, Corporate Services of FLINT Corp. In this role, she oversees corporate service groups that include business development and proposals, marketing and communications, supply chain management, real estate, project controls and estimating. Ms. Thompson also oversees FLINT's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy.
Ms. Thompson brings over 15 years of technical operations, commercial management, and professional consulting experience. She joined the ClearStream team in 2017 as a Director for Environmental Services, where she was instrumental in the start-up and success of the Environmental Services division. In October 2019, she was promoted to Vice President, Environmental and Project Services and in September 2022 she was appointed Vice President, Corporate Services.
In 2020, Angela was recognized as One of Canada's Most Powerful Women. She is an active participant in the community where she sits on the Board of Directors for KidSport Calgary.
Ms. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge.

Barry Card serves as Chief Executive Officer of FLINT Corp. A proven leader with more than 20 years of international experience in the provision of environmental, engineering, construction, maintenance and reclamation services to the energy and industrial markets. Mr. Card joined the team in 2016 as the Vice President, Market Development and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development in 2017. In 2018, Mr. Card was appointed to the role of Chief Commercial Officer, where he was responsible for the company's strategy and development of new markets and customers, geographic expansion, community development and partnerships, marketing and communications, environmental services, project services and corporate services. In his current role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Card is well positioned to progress the company's strategic objectives and business, with a focus on people, clients, and stakeholders.
Prior to joining FLINT in 2016, Mr. Card was with AECOM (Flint/URS), a Fortune 200 company. During his 14-year tenure with this company, he held various global leadership and executive roles responsible for enterprise portfolios, P&L, strategy, and development of integrated environmental, engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance and reclamation service offerings.
Mr. Card holds an Advanced Executive Management Certificate from Queens University, and an Advanced Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge. Mr. Card is active within his community and has served as a Director at Large for the Mount Royal University, Bissett School of Business, a Board Member for the Petroleum Human Resources Board of Canada and a Board Member for the Educational Partnerships Foundation.

Brad Naeth serves as Vice President, Wear and Environmental Services of FLINT Corp. Mr. Naeth joined the team in 2019 as Director of Integration to lead the integration efforts following the acquisitions of certain assets of the Production Services Division of AECOM Production Services Ltd. and the shares of Universal Weld Overlays Inc. (UWO). He was later promoted to his current role where he is responsible for strategy execution, maintaining client relationships and capturing new business opportunities in our expanded geographical areas.
Prior to joining FLINT, Brad was with AECOM (Flint/URS), a Fortune 200 company, where he held progressive leadership roles, including District Manager, Area Manager and General Manager. He has over 17 years of experience in the Construction, Fabrication, and Energy services.
Over the years, Brad has received his CET (Certified Engineering Technologist), PMP (Project Management Professional), and MBA designations, along with achieving alumni status with the Harvard Business School and the Rotman School of Business.

Mr. MacDonald is Chair of Deacon Investments Ltd., a private investment company, and Chair of Deacon Sports & Entertainment Limited, a private company that owns three minor professional sports franchises. Mr. MacDonald is a former executive with the Corporation having served as Executive Chairman (June 2015 to January 2019), Interim Chief Executive Officer (June 2017 to August 2018) and President and Chief Executive Officer (December 2008 to June 2015).
Mr. MacDonald has had a long and successful career as an operating executive and entrepreneur. His operating experience includes serving as President and Managing Partner of Cable Atlantic, as the Chief Operating Officer of Rogers Cable and as the Chief Executive Officer of Persona Inc. ("Persona"), a TSX-listed cable and internet services company. Mr. MacDonald worked with a syndicate of investment partners to turn Persona's operations around and subsequently sold the business at a significant premium to its purchase price in 2007. Mr. MacDonald has also served as Chairman of the Newfoundland and Labrador Energy Corporation, which manages the province's oil, gas and hydro assets. He has management and investment experience in a number of industries including energy, commercial real estate, marketing and communications.
He has served on numerous public and private boards over the past three decades. In 2007, Mr. MacDonald was selected as CEO of the Year by Birch Hill Capital Partners.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Hetherington is responsible for developing and leading FLINT Corp.'s strategies and initiatives related to people and culture. She and her team are responsible for growing and developing FLINT's progressive, collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture to support the organization's vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
Ms. Hetherington has over 25 years of human resource experience, specializing in the Oil and Gas Sector. Before joining FLINT in 2014, she held senior human resources and labour relations positions with KBR Industrial Canada, Horton CBI, and SRS Industrial. Ms. Hetherington received the Advanced Human Resource Management designation from Queen's University and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
Throughout her career, Ms. Hetherington has participated on numerous industry committees addressing labour and workforce development within the Oil and Gas industry. Ms. Hetherington is passionate about the growth and development of the Human Resources profession and mentors new Human Resources professionals by sharing her extensive knowledge and valuable experiences.

Herb Thomas serves as Vice President, Operations of FLINT Corp. In this role, Herb oversees the provision of maintenance and turnarounds, fabrication and modularization, facility construction, pipeline installation, high voltage construction, and electrical and instrumentation services. Herb develops and executes procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the business. Mr. Thomas guides and supports Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives across the company, implements business development strategies and works with clients to ensure their current and future needs are met with excellence.
Herb has over 30 years of trade and management experience. He joined FLINT in 2015 as the Director of Operations for Northeast British Columbia. Prior to joining FLINT, Mr. Thomas worked at Jacobs Canada for 12 years in a variety of progressive management roles in operations.

James Healey serves as Vice President, Finance & Corporate Controlling of FLINT Corp. In this role, he oversees the Corporate Finance function including both Internal and External Financial Reporting, Treasury, Budgeting and Tax.
Mr. Healey brings over 15 years of accounting experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He joined the FLINT team in March of 2023. Prior to that he was with Cenovus Energy, where he led the corporate reporting team through the acquisition of Husky Energy as the Director of Reporting and held the Corporate Controller role at Husky Energy prior to that.
Mr. Healey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Jennifer Stubbs serves as Chief Financial Officer of FLINT Corp. Ms. Stubbs was appointed to this role in July 2023, and responsible for leading the company's Finance and Information Technology teams, as well as Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Ms. Stubbs started her career at KPMG in Assurance and went on to hold financial roles in various industries, including engineering, manufacturing, real estate and energy infrastructure. Prior to joining FLINT, Ms. Stubbs was with Pembina Pipeline Corporation for 11 years, where she progressed through various financial roles with the organization and most recently held the title of Vice President, Continuous Improvement, which included responsibilities for Internal Audit, oversight and reporting of corporate productivity initiatives and capital project governance.

Mr. Johannson is a retired businessman with extensive commercial and operational experience in the upstream and midstream market segments, including natural gas and energy pipelines, as well as in electricity generation and specialty chemicals. From 1994 to February 2019, Mr. Johannson was employed by TC Energy Corporation where he held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, Power Commercial; Senior Vice President, Canadian Power; Senior Vice President, Canada and US Northeast Pipeline; President, Natural Gas Pipelines; and, at the time of his retirement, Executive Vice President & President, Canadian and Mexico Gas Pipelines and Energy. From 2013 to 2018, Mr. Johannson served as a director and chairman of the general partner of TC Pipelines L.P., a NYSE-listed limited partnership.
Mr. Johannson currently is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Alberta Electric System Operator. Mr. Johannson previously served on the Board of Directors of several companies and associations, including Bruce Power L.P., a nuclear power generator, Cancarb Limited, a specialty chemical company producing primarily thermal carbon black, the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association, the Canadian Gas Association, the Canadian Electric Association, and Mount Royal University.

Ms. Gibson is the President of Factor Gas Liquids, Inc., a provider of energy products and refinery/petrochemical feedstocks to a variety of businesses domestically and internationally. From May 2018 to March 2023, Ms. Gibson was employed by AltaGas Ltd. where she held various positions of increasing responsibility within the midstream operations, including Senior Vice President of Strategy & Innovation. Prior to joining AltaGas, she spent most of her career focused on marketing, operations, and commercial activities at both private and public energy companies. In these organizations, she was instrumental in the delivery of significant EBITDA, the execution of many mergers and acquisitions, the development of global LNG projects and the start-up of a producer-led marketing operation in the United Kingdom. Ms. Gibson attended the University of Calgary, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing.

Murray Desrosiers serves as Senior Vice President, Legal and Corporate Development of FLINT Corp. He joined the team in September 2019 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Legal and Corporate Development in September 2022. From March to July 2023, he also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Desrosiers is responsible for the coordination and delivery of legal services (including commercial, securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution/litigation), enterprise risk management, corporate development and strategic planning. He also serves as corporate secretary for FLINT's board of directors and works closely with them on matters of corporate governance.
Mr. Desrosiers is a corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience advising energy companies in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities compliance matters. Prior to joining FLINT, he was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Baytex Energy Corp. from 2008 to 2018. Prior thereto, he held senior legal positions with PrimeWest Energy Trust, Shiningbank Energy Income Fund, Enbridge Inc. and Enbridge Income Fund.
Mr. Desrosiers holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.

Neil Wotton serves as Chief Operating Officer of FLINT Corp. Mr. Wotton joined the team in 2015 as the Vice President, Wood Buffalo region and was promoted to his current role in July 2016. Mr. Wotton is responsible for overseeing FLINT's operations for all service offerings, developing best practices and creating cost effective win-win solutions. Always championing culture, Neil drives operational excellence and fosters a positive work environment where all team members can perform at their maximum potential while always considering safety, quality, and the environment.
Mr. Wotton is an accomplished leader with over 35 years of experience and a history of success in construction, fabrication, manufacturing, maintenance, turnarounds, and environmental services. Prior to joining FLINT, Mr. Wotton worked with AECOM, a Fortune 200 company. During his 27-year tenure at AECOM (Flint/URS), Neil held progressive leadership and executive roles such as Estimating Manager, Director of Project Management, Vice President of Fabrication and Modularization and Senior Vice President of Major Projects.

Mr. McMaster is a retired businessman with extensive experience in legal and regulatory matters. From 1996 to February 2014, Mr. McMaster was employed by TC Energy Corporation where he held various leadership roles. At the time of his retirement, he was Executive Vice President, Stakeholder Relations and General Counsel with overall responsibility for the management of legal and regulatory affairs, stakeholder relations, internal audit, external communications, compliance and corporate security. From 2003 to 2006, he was President of TransCanada Power, L.P., a TSX-listed limited partnership that held infrastructure assets throughout North America. He was a director of Bruce Power L.P., a nuclear power generator. In January 2019, Mr. McMaster was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLINT.
Prior to his time in the energy industry, Mr. McMaster was an armoured officer in the Canadian Army, serving with Lord Strathcona's Horse (Royal Canadians) in Calgary. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Alberta and was appointed Queen's Counsel as of December 31, 2009.
Mr. McMaster graduated from the University of Windsor in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics and Political Science. He received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1989 and his Masters of Law from York University in 2006. Mr. McMaster obtained the Charter Director (C. Dir.) designation from the Directors College (a joint venture of McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada) in 2010.
