Adelaide has a significant legal practice and predominately assists clients, be they individuals or institutions or corporations, in estate and succession planning and property transactions.
She is experienced in providing advice across a wide range of matters such as applications to the Supreme Court of New South Wales for grant of probate or letters of administration or reseals, administering complex estates, powers of attorney, appointment of enduring guardian, superannuation, trust matters, asset protection, structuring, residential conveyancing and other general advice.

Daniel O'Brien is a commercial litigation partner and a NSW Law Society accredited specialist in commercial litigation. He has combined degrees in Commerce and Law from Macquarie University.

David has more than 20 years' experience as a solicitor working predominantly in the area of consumer law. As a Partner in the compensation law team with a background as a clinical nurse specialist. David has a solid understanding of his clients injuries, the healthcare system and the work of the clinicians within it.
