Adil brings 15+ years of experience conducting custom market research engagements to generate actionable consumer insights that inform client's marketing strategies and address their key business issues. Adil has led projects in market segmentation, brand positioning, concept testing, tracking, and sales forecasting studies across a broad range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, retail, restaurants, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, insurance, and non-profit. He has worked with several leading companies such as Amazon, Panera, CVS, Ahold (Stop & Shop), Les Schwab, Irving Oil, Sanofi, Pfizer, Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Boston Children's Hospital, and Husqvarna. Adil earned his M.B.A. in Marketing from the Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. Amanda McMahan Sr.

Blair Bailey

Prior to re-joining CMB in 2018, Blair was a Sr. Data Visualization and Analytics consultant with Cleartelligence and earned her Tableau Desktop Certified Professional certification. She recently took first place as part of a team in the "Ready…Set…Viz!" hands-on data visualization challenge at the June Boston Tableau User Group meetup. Since returning to CMB, Blair has introduced and leveraged new technologies to streamline and improve the project process at CMB. Blair earned her M.S. in Advertising from Boston University School of Communication and her B.S. in Communications and her B.A. in Music from Salem State University.

Brant Cruz

As CMB's Practice Leader for Platforms & Audiences, Brant combines his strong quantitative analytical skills with his ability to develop excellent ongoing working relationships to create effectively managed research studies. With over 20 years' experience, he has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including retail, banking, and technology, and brands such as Amazon, Electronic Arts, Facebook, and LinkedIn. While Brant routinely works on product development and branding studies, his specialty is leading large-scale segmentation projects. He has spearheaded CMB's approach to segmentation, utilizing analytical techniques like CHAID and CART simultaneously with Latent Class modeling to uncover and prioritize high-potential segments. Brant earned his B.S. in Management Science, with a concentration in Marketing from Bridgewater State College. Caitlin Dailey is an AVP, Account Management who has been with CMB since 2010. She enjoys helping clients by designing research approaches that will best answer their most important business questions, from tactical to strategic, and developing business-focused reporting and presentations. When she isn't working, she enjoys all the outdoor activities that Seattle has to offer or watching her beloved hometown Boston sports teams. Caitlin has a B.S. in Marketing from Bentley University. Casey Mohan

Casey leads CMB's qualitative practice and brings over a decade of qualitative research experience to the CMB team. During her career she has overseen numerous initiatives for Fortune 1000 clients, delivering insights and strategic recommendations that help clients connect with their target audiences and understand business context in meaningful ways. Her experience includes designing and conducting research for global clients across a broad range of industries and among a diverse range of audiences in both B2B and consumer spaces. Well-versed across qualitative methodologies, Casey has successfully conducted and overseen traditional and online focus groups, 1:1, and ethnographies, online discussion boards, innovation and ideation, co-creation workshops, as well as led employee focused meeting facilitation and activation workshops to help companies communicate research insights across their organization. Casey's work spans a range of clients/industries: Northrup Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Fiserv, Bank of America, Schwab, TD Bank, GoDaddy, Clover, Meta, Google, Activision Blizzard, Microsoft, Disney, Dignity Health, Geisinger, MD Anderson, SC Johnson, Restaurant Brands International, Taco Bell, Enterprise and more. ​ In her free time, Casey volunteers with the American Marketing Association. Chris Neal

Chris leads CMB's Tech & Telecom practice. Chris has over twenty years of telecom and high-tech industry expertise as a market researcher, industry analyst, and consultant. He has managed large, complex projects from many clients including Apple, Cisco, Dell, Comcast, Sprint, Avaya, EMC, RSA, VMware, HP, and Oracle. Chris' functional expertise includes market segmentation, new product development, brand positioning, social media effectiveness, and customer loyalty optimization. His industry content knowledge spans diverse topics such as mobile services/applications/devices, IT security, unified communications, storage, servers, enterprise applications, databases, managed IT and networking services, desktop/laptops, and digital lifestyle services and products, including online content distribution and home networking. Fluent in Spanish, he was previously Director of the Latin America group at Pyramid Research, a telecom and networking consultancy. Dana combines over ten years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research with her analytical background to help clients achieve their organizational objectives. She has also worked with clients such as Microsoft, MetLife, MedStar Health and Toyota. Dana brings experience in research design and implementation, including several key areas: brand research, product development, discrete choice modeling, segmentation, and other custom market research initiatives. Dana combines her project leadership and analytical skills to develop deep client partnerships, helping clients to successfully execute projects that yield actionable results. She has over eight years of market research experience, having worked on the supplier-side at Harris Interactive, Nielsen and Edelman Intelligence. Francesca has experience conducting research across a variety of industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail and Financial Services. She has expertise in both quantitative and qualitative custom research including brand tracking, online communities, segmentations, path-to-purchase and attitude and usage studies. Heather Magaw

Heather is Vice President of People & Culture, fostering CMB's culture of trust, teamwork, and collaboration to ensure that each CMBer achieves their highest potential. She partners closely with other members of CMB's Leadership and Management teams to attract, retain, and develop our talent as a strategic differentiator. Heather brings 20+ years of professional experience and deep knowledge of CMB to this role. Heather began her career with us as a Project Manager bringing a client-centric approach to project management, leading both strategic and tactical client engagements. In 2010, she transitioned to a program management role overseeing CMB's mission critical programs, playing a key part in employee training and development, client feedback, and resource planning. In 2012, her role expanded to overseeing Client Services with responsibility for research operations and project execution: People, Process, and Technology. Currently, Heather is focused even more purposefully on the People side of that equation, bringing a human-centered approach to her position. Heather earned her M.A. in Experimental Psychology, with an emphasis in quantitative methods, from University of Hartford, and her B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude.

Jay L. Weiner

Jay leads CMB's Analytics & Data Management unit. Jay consults with many leading corporations by assisting them in using advanced methods to make better marketing and business decisions, both domestically and globally. Jay has expertise in pricing, segmentation, customer and employee satisfaction, conjoint analysis, and discrete choice analysis, in addition to solid multivariate statistical skills. His experience includes creating key performance measures for customer loyalty, brand equity, and brand evangelism. Jay is well-known for thinking outside-the-box, and designing custom analysis to answer the client's business issues. Jay has his Ph.D. in Marketing & Research from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as an M.B.A. in Finance and Commercial Banking, and a B.B.A. in Marketing. Jay has published and presented papers on conjoint, choice, and pricing research in conference proceedings. Jessica brings 25+ years of research experience to her role, previously managing custom research projects and research teams across a variety of industries. Julia Walker

Marty Murk

He has gathered a mix of both supplier and brand side research, building his expertise in analysis, project management and consulting. He has extensive experience managing international research, including eBay's global Net Promoters Score (NPS) tracking study that spans 15 countries and over 50,000 completed interviews per month. On the brand side, he spent many years with Reebok, building experience defining business problems, scoping and shaping research solutions, and turning insights into action. At Reebok he managed Reebok's 15 country, global NPS program. Marty holds a Master's of Market Research degree from the University of Georgia.
