Chris Murphy brings over 20 years of extensive Java, UNIX, and database programming experience to CollabraSpace. In his previous software consulting positions, Chris served as a design and development mentor to teams creating distributed GUI applications.
Vice President of Engineering at CollabraSpace, Chris conducts intensive research into cutting edge Java technology. He discovers new methods of applying this knowledge to further enhance collaborative solutions.
Chris received his B.S. in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University and is a Sun Microsystems certified Java programmer.
Chris and his wife live Maryland with their two children. Chris enjoys running and has participated in several marathons.

Ray Schwemmer, President/CEO and a co-founder of CollabraSpace, and Rick Havrilla, Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder of CollabraSpace, have written a book that shows how leaders can harness the power of Web 2.0 and use it to tap into the collective intelligence of their organization.
Ray Schwemmer has over 20 years of Internet technology experience in large system design and development, project management, sales, and marketing.
As President/CEO, Ray uses his extensive Internet technology and management experience to lead CollabraSpace through the rapid corporate growth of a leading software and services provider. He also assists in building the company's distribution channels, strategic alliances, partnerships, and corporate development activities.
Prior to starting CollabraSpace, Ray spent ten years working for various IT companies designing and building large-scale distributed systems for both commercial and government clients. Ray holds both a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.B.A. from Drexel University.
Ray is the co-author of Dynamic Collaboration: How to Share Information, Solve Problems, and Increase Productivity Without Compromising Security with Rick Havrilla, CTO and co-founder of CollabraSpace. Rick Havrilla is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of CollabraSpace, a Software and Systems Engineering consulting company. As CTO, Mr. Havrilla is responsible for growing the business externally by delivering technical solutions to CollabraSpace clients. He accomplishes this by leveraging his 30 years of experience building enterprise solutions, fully engaging with our clients to understand their mission and requirements, and utilizing a world class team of professionals and technologies to meet and exceed our client's objectives. Rick is an integral part of our world class program that starts with our CollabraSpace team of software and systems engineers and includes partners and vendor relationships. He is also responsible for the technologies that run the company's internal operations and business procedures and for supporting business development activities.
Rick holds his B.S. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. He is the co-author of Dynamic Collaboration: How to Share Information, Solve Problems, and Increase Productivity Without Compromising Security with Ray Schwemmer. Dynamic Collaboration demonstrates how leaders can harness the power of the web to tap into the collective intelligence of their organization. He has co-authored numerous articles on effectively using collaborative technologies in the workplace. Rick was awarded the 2011 SmartCXO award from Baltimore SmartCEO magazine recognizing executives from the Baltimore area who have gone above and beyond to support their organizations' initiatives in the categories of CFO, COO, CIO/CTO and executive management teams.

Shawn Davis has over 20 years of technology experience in commercial and government markets. He has served in executive positions for aggressive growth technology product and services companies for the past 15 years. He was Executive Vice President of Enermetrix, Executive Vice President of Impact Innovation's Commercial Division, and Managing Director of BSG's Intelligence Practice.
As Chief Operating Officer, Shawn is responsible for translating the company's vision into a suite of commercially operational technology products and services for government and commercial industry. Shawn is responsible for providing direction and structure to CollabraSpace's operational divisions consistent with the company's established goals and objectives.
Shawn holds a B.B.A. in Business Computer Systems from New Mexico State University.
Shawn and his wife live in Howard County, MD with their two children. During his spare time,Shawn likes experiencing the great outdoors with his family and engaging in youth sports. The latest family sports craze is hockey which has led to Shawn's most recent purchase from Amazon: Hockey for Dummies.

Tracy has over 15 years of People Management and Marketing experience in both commercial and government markets. She has over 10 years experience in Human Resources as well as Recruiting and Staffing functions for government contracts. She has led the internal teams and processes that enabled successful recruiting and strong employee retention programs. She is responsible for leading the efforts of the HR, Recruiting, and Marketing Departments.
She has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) Central Maryland Chapter since June of 2015 performing in the roles of Secretary and VP of Communications. Prior to her work on the Executive Committee she served in multiple leadership roles in the Chapters sub-group, the Women In Intelligence Group (WIIG). She was co-lead for the development of the groups first annual WIIG In A Minute, a conference which offers women within the IC candid professional discussions and mentoring in a small group setting.
Tracy has a B.S. in Communications from Towson University.
Tracy lives in Anne Arundel County with her husband and two children. She is a lifelong horse racing enthusiast and enjoys spending time with family boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
