Adrian Morales is the Vice President of Asset and Property Management at Codina Partners, a real estate development and investment firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. Previously, Morales was the Senior Administrative Manager for the City of Miami Beach, where he managed Lincoln Road, one of the city's premier shopping destinations. He spearheaded the revitalization of the Lincoln Road District Master Plan and coordinated all maintenance and operational efforts.
Morales holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
Ana-Marie Codina is the Chief Executive Officer of Codina Partners, a premier real estate development and investment firm dedicated to transforming South Florida's communities into thriving, dynamic centers for living, working, culture, and commerce. Armando Codina is Founder and Executive Chairman of Codina Partners, LLC, a real estate investment, development, and property management firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. The firm's portfolio is comprised of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects including the over one-billion-dollar investment in Downtown Doral, the more-than-one-million-square-foot industrial complex, Beacon Logistics Park, and the transformational ultra-luxury residential rental tower, Regency Tower, which is currently under construction in Downtown Coral Gables. The 250-acre, mixed-use development of Downtown Doral is composed of more than 5,000 residential units, over one million square feet of office space, 250,000 square feet of retail space, Doral Government Center, Downtown Doral Charter Elementary School and Downtown Doral Charter Upper School, Downtown Doral Park, and the new Doral Cultural Arts Center. Codina Partners and its affiliates are engaged in multiple real estate development and investment activities. The single-family and townhome affiliate, CC Homes, is rated one of Florida's top builder-developers.
Previously Mr. Codina served as Chairman of Flagler, a full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. Prior to that Mr. Codina served as Chairman and CEO of Codina Group, a South Florida-based commercial real estate firm, which he founded in 1979. Under his leadership the firm grew to be Florida's largest privately-held commercial real estate company. In 2006, Mr. Codina merged his firm with Flagler Development Group, part of Florida East Coast Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FLA). In July 2007, FECI was sold to a private equity firm and taken private.
In addition to serving as CEO and Chairman of his core real estate holdings, Mr. Codina is an active investor and owner of MBB Auto Group, a premium luxury retail automotive group consisting of 15 dealerships in the Northeast that include Mercedes- Benz, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Audi and Toyota. He is also chairman of Kingfisher Land-Secured Bond Fund, L.P. Mr. Codina served as the Lead Director of the board of BellSouth; on the board of directors of American Airlines' parent company, AMR Corporation where he served in the capacity of Lead Director until December 2013; and on the board of General Motors. He recently served on the board of The Home Depot. In addition, Mr. Codina has served several professional, civic, and educational organizations, including as a Board of Trustees member of the Urban Institute, and as Chair of the Town Square Neighborhood Development Corporation. He is a Chairman Emeritus of Florida International University, Co-Founder of the Community Partnership for the Homeless, is a member of the Florida Council of 100, among others. Mr. Codina has received numerous accolades and recognitions over the years, including induction into the NSU Huizenga College Entrepreneur and Business Hall of Fame, and was honored with the renowned Humanitarian of The Year Award in 2022 by the American Jewish Committee.

Eric Blanco is Senior Vice President of Accounting Codina Partners. In this role, Mr. Blanco oversees all accounting functions for the real estate development and investment firm.
Prior to joining Codina Partners, Mr. Blanco served as Principal for The Carlyle Group, a global investment firm with $376 billion of assets under management globally. In his role, Mr. Blanco was responsible for leading global accounting and tax for Carlyle's aviation practice, which manages $11.2 billion in assets globally and has offices in Miami, Dublin and Singapore. Mr. Blanco led a large multinational team delivering accounting and tax compliance, global valuations, capital budgets, and investor reporting to various commingled investment vehicles and managed platforms.
Mr. Blanco received his bachelor's in accounting from Florida International University and his master's in accounting from University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
Joe Jimenez - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

Joe Jimenez is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Codina Partners LLC, a real estate investment and development firm based in Coral Gables, Florida.
Mr. Jimenez advises various projects for Codina Partners in all areas of legal, regulatory permitting and compliance. He coordinates the activities of outside legal counsel and represents Codina Partners and its affiliates in all matters before local and state government agencies.
Mr. Jimenez was previously an attorney with the law firm of Stearns Weaver in Miami. There, he represented developers and local governments in all areas of land use and governmental law. While at Stearns Weaver, Mr. Jimenez served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Marathon, and the Assistant City Attorney and City Attorney for the City of Doral. Additionally, Mr. Jimenez represented developers in successfully entitling and permitting numerous developments throughout Miami Dade County and its municipalities.
In 2013, Mr. Jimenez was appointed as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Miami Beach. His duties included oversight of the City's Building Department, Planning and Zoning Department, Code Compliance Department and the Environmental Division. While at the City of Miami Beach, Mr. Jimenez oversaw the development regulation of over twenty major projects.
Mr. Jimenez currently serves on the Board of Trustees of History Miami. He previously served on the board of Citizens' Independent Transporation Trust of Miami (CITT).
Mr. Jimenez holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami.
K. Lawrence Gragg joined Codina Partners after a 34-year legal career, the last 22 of which were spent as a partner of White & Case LLP, where he was one of the founding partners during the exponential growth of the firm's Miami office (8 attorneys to 100).
With a practice that has focused almost exclusively on transactional real estate, Mr. Gragg has since structured, formed and financed hundreds of property ventures and transactions over his career, including public and private real estate investment trusts, real estate syndications and public-private transactions. Today, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the University Of Florida School Of Law.
Mr. Gragg has been recognized as one of the top lawyers in the State of Florida for a number of years, has been selected by Best Lawyers in America, received the highest ranking from Chambers since its inception in the United States and, most recently, designated one of South Florida's Best Lawyers in two separate categories, tax and real estate. He was also awarded the Outstanding Tax Attorney Award by the Florida Bar Tax Section in 2003, received the Top Dealmaker of the Year award in 2007 for his representation of the Babcock family in the largest land sale in Florida in recent years.
Mr. Gragg holds an LLM in Taxation and is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer, has served as the Chairman of the 2,000 member Florida Bar Tax Section and the National Association of State Tax Bar Section and also worked as an adjunct professor in the University of Miami's Graduate Tax Program.

He also managed a multi-million dollar marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize brand impact and revenue growth. His efforts were instrumental in elevating the profiles and businesses of some of South Florida's most accomplished real estate sales professionals. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in the development and distribution of corporate communications.
Lee's expertise extends beyond traditional marketing, encompassing large-scale event programming that fosters community engagement and brand awareness. Luis Castellon is the Executive Vice President of Development at Codina Partners LLC, a real estate investment and development firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. Rafael G. Romero, CPA is the Vice Chairman of Codina Partners LLC, a real estate investment and development firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. He is responsible for managing the financial affairs of the Codina Family Office, and serves in an advisory capacity to the company's Executive Chairman, Armando Codina, and Chief Executive Officer, Ana-Marie Codina Barlick. He assists on strategic and tactical matters to help further the vision of the company's founders. Previously, Rafael Romero served as the Chief Financial Officer of Codina Partners.
Prior to joining Codina Partners, he worked for Flagler Development Group (in succession of Codina Development) where he held various positions, Vice President & Marketing Officer-South Florida, responsible for overseeing the leasing, management and development activities for Flagler Station. Vice President of Development, responsible for the development and leasing activity for Beacon Lakes, a commercial master planned project totaling 5.3 million square feet of industrial, 175,000 square feet of office and 495,000 square feet of retail, and Vice President of Finance, responsible for structuring and negotiation with Equity partners, negotiating construction and permanent financing with various lenders and the purchase and sale agreement of various projects of the company.

Before joining Codina Partners, Suzette managed business operations for St. Stephen's Episcopal Day School in Coconut Grove, Florida. In this capacity, she oversaw a wide array of business functions, including tuition billing, accounts payable, payroll, and contracting. She was responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements and annual audits, the development of the school's budget, and maintaining rigorous financial policies to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting. Suzette also played a key role in the school's strategic development, interfacing with the Board of Trustees to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and projections to support their fiduciary responsibilities.
In her earlier career, Suzette held leadership roles at Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation and Morgan Stanley & Co., where she gained significant experience in real estate investment banking. At Credit Suisse, she served as Vice President in both the Real Estate Investment Banking and Principal Transactions groups, managing transaction execution, equity investments, and negotiating complex agreements across the U.S. and Latin America. During her time at Morgan Stanley, she completed over $4.5 billion in transactions and played a key role in mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs for the firm's real estate division.
Suzette holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College in Massachusetts. Her strong academic background, combined with her extensive professional experience, enables her to bring a unique and strategic perspective to Codina Partners' finance operations, driving successful outcomes for the firm's stakeholders.
