Since 2006 we have been providing free computers on a referral basis to individuals in the Regina area... Making a referral does not guarantee that an intended recipient will receive a computer from us. Be aware this is a NEEDS based program. The program was created to get computers to people who CAN NOT afford to buy one. If we suspect that a recipient you refer to us has the financial means to buy a computer, we may deny ALL future referrals from your organization for free computers that your refer to us. We rely on YOU to assist us in what we do, just as WE are here to assist you in supporting your client's experiencing financial difficulty...
