Wes Davis of Commercial Building, Inc. built the company on his prior work experience. Wes worked at Rodgers Builders, Inc., One of the Top 10 commercial construction companies in the state, as a Field Engineer, Project scheduler and project estimator. He also spent time as chief estimator at a McKinley building company in Wilmington, NC where he worked on projects ranging from $20,000 to $4,300,000. In addition, he estimated and was awarded the St. James Members Club Clubhouse for $1,300,000.
