In an effort to further the important and valuable work we do here at Conard House, we assembled a task force comprised of Conard House staff, including the senior management team, and members of our Board of Directors to oversee the development of a new strategic business plan. Our process has focused on program evaluation, clarification of our mission and values, and increasing organizational strength and sustainability to develop long-term goals and impact strategies. We are most excited about the opportunity to expand on our mission and impact which will also integrate advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in all facets of Conard House.
