Donna specializes in office management and accounting, and oversees all of our financial and Human Resources functions. Donna holds an Associate of Science Degree, Registered Nursing from Bakersfield College and brings our team 35 years of industry-related experience. When she's not busy keeping our office running smoothly, Donna enjoys loving and caring for her precious dogs, Flash & Molly, as well as reading, puzzles, and working out at the gym.
Ernie's job as a Network Engineer consists of building, maintaining, and repairing computers and printers, cabling, and addressing any other help desk problems. Before joining our team, Ernie obtained an Associates Degree in Network Systems Administration and worked in telecommunications. A quick learner known for his excellent customer service skills, he brings quality work to every project. In his free time, Ernie is handy and likes to fix things, even when he has to figure out the process along the way. He also enjoys traveling to new places, taking long drives, and spending time with his daughter.

As our Network Support Specialist, Jeri handles our remote computer management, including all Windows servers and workstations and virtualized systems. She also takes care of our computer management help desk console, and specializes in the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of SMB networks. Jeri is an Administrator for Shoretel phone systems as well as a Help Desk Manager, providing our clients with the expert support they have come to expect from Cook's Computer. With a wide range of technical certifications and more than 30 years of IT industry experience, Jeri is the A+ Certified Technician who can solve your IT challenges. In her time away from the office, Jeri enjoys hunting, fishing, off-roading, and anything else outdoors!
Leslie oversees all of the functions necessary to keep the office processes running smoothly at Cook's Computer. She not only answers urgent phone calls from customers, but she also greets the clients that walk in to the shop with their broken computers, with a smile and an encouraging word. She maintains the computer records of our Customer's Managed Relationship with Cook's Computer. Her accuracy keeps the front office and the service office along with sales department, on time and on budget. In her off time She enjoys boating, fishing, camping and exploring. I enjoy the time I spend with my children and grandchildren. She has 2 dogs that act almost like humans -- they are the children that never grow up, move away, and are always so happy to see you.
As our company President, Victor's responsibilities include managing all functions of Cook's Computer Maintenance and Engineering, Inc.. He also specializes in the design and implementation of Small Business Network Systems, Structured Wiring Systems (wired and wireless), and Unified Communications Systems and Phones. With an Associate's Degree from Bakersfield College, numerous technical certifications, and nearly 50 years of experience in the IT industry, Victor is the professional our clients trust for the very best in technology solutions and support. In his time away from the office, Victor enjoys woodworking and furniture refinishing, train watching, photography and astronomy.
