My wife, Kerri Palmer Isaak, also works at our office. Kerri's background is marketing and she focuses on all aspects of marketing our team and our listings. Having met in the business we find it especially easy to communicate ideas and we are generally discussing work over the breakfast table anyway. Kerri came back to work with me 8 months after our youngest was born and having a spouse that understands the crazy hours sure is helpful.
