Having completed her B.S. in Education from Southwestern Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas - Mary was an educator for 8 years in the Seguin area before joining Consolidated Technologies Inc. (CTI). Mary was an administrative assistant at CTI, a Cone family business and a predecessor to Cone Bioproducts. Mary's proficiency in purchasing and administration, as well as deep involvement in the company proved successful through various business iterations. In 2002, Mary became the Vice President of Cone Bioproducts, and has continued in that capacity to the present day.

Joining Cone Bioproducts in July of 2016, Sam received his B.S. in Bioengineering from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and his MBA from the Jindal School of Management with the University of Texas at Dallas. Sam is highly responsive and committed to providing technical feedback to customers in a timely manner. He actively works to increase Cone Bio's market share in the IVD industry and make the Cone Bioproducts brand a leader in both quality and cost point.

Todd Bush is the Production Manager of Cone Bioproducts, and joined the company in 2010. Todd completed his Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a Marketing Minor at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Before joining Cone Bioproducts, Todd gained 8 years of managerial experience, bringing quality, and timely service to his customers. Todd is a dedicated team leader who works to personally ensure satisfaction of Cone Bioproducts customers and often remains available for personal contact regarding product needs.

Will Cone is the President and Chief Technical Officer of Cone Bioproducts. Will became President in 2011 and oversees the strategic direction of the company. As Chief Technical Officer, Will is dedicated to making superior products and bringing new products to market in response to customer needs and current trends in diagnostic healthcare. Will is the third generation of the Cone family to own and operate Cone Bioproducts and his experience with the company began at a young age. Will officially joined Cone Bioproducts in 2002 after earning his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
