CONTENTNEA CREEK DEVELOPMENT

Hill's deep regard for the environment had guided the naming of his company. Contentnea Creek Development Company, founded in 1998, was the namesake of a wild and pristine stream that meandered through Hill's native Eastern North Carolina. This was a new endeavor, but its strength lay in Hill's experience over the 50 years he had piloted the quality-driven Hillco Ltd., a company he founded and headquartered in Kinston.
