Right out of college at 22 years old I went into the lumber business with my Father and 5 Brothers. I started out in the yard and behind the sales counter. Over the 40 years of running Contractor Express I have consistently made the effort to "keep up with the times". I have made sure that Contractor Express is the best in the business. I have an incredible wife and two beautiful daughters that keep me motivated and focused. My "three girls," are my world. I have been an avid boater my entire life and enjoy all activities that relate to the water. My newest hobby is spear fishing and free diving.

Bob Patton

Job Titles:
  • Director of Customer Relations
I started working at Contractor Express in the outside yard and worked my way up the ladder to Sales Manager. I have 30 years of service under my belt and love the fact that our company has great lasting relationships with our customer base.

Greg Failla - COO, VP

Job Titles:
  • Chief Operating Officer
  • Vice President
I first started working with Contractor Express back when I was 14 years old working in the yard and stocking shelves. Way back then we were called Lucas Stone and supplied mason supplies as well as building materials. I continued to work here part time performing additional positions including sales until I graduated college. Once I graduated college I pursued other opportunities but found myself back at Contractor Express full time in 2001. I love working at Contractor Express because everyday is a new challenge. I am able to get involved with many different areas of the company which keeps my job very interesting. More than anything else I enjoy working with our staff, customers and vendors while building great relationships. I am married and have two wonderful sons. I enjoy playing sports as well as watching and attending sporting events. My favorite major sports teams are the Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Islanders, New York Yankees and Boston Celtics. I also love the beach, traveling and going to concerts.

Joe Campo

Job Titles:
  • Operations Manager
I started working at my family's remodeling business at a young age cleaning and performing trivial tasks. Over the years I progressed to cabinet fabrication through installation and eventually sales. I became part of the Contractor Express family in 2013 with 20+ years experiance in the remodeling industry behind me. I was hired as an expeditor for the kitchen department and have not stopped moving forward since. For the next several years I have taken on other roles such as receiving, purchasing, and loading dock manager. Now as the Operations Manager I am responsible for the daily dispatching of delivery trucks, maintenance of our entire fleet of vehicles (trucks, Moffetts, forklifts, and various other yard equipment), managing yard and driver personnel, and keeping up with the latest safety regulations. It is the good relationships with both the customers and coworkers that keep me working to make Contractor Express the best it can be. When I'm not at work, I'm usually spending time with my incredible family. Taking day trips to do some exploring or going to one of the many theme parks, farms and other attractions around New York. We love boating, so you could also find us out at the beach or fishing.

Maureen Rogan - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Financial Officer
I started out my career working as a CPA at a large accounting firm. After 14 years, I ventured out on my own and worked with many small businesses. In 2007 I met the Lucas family and found my home at Contractor Express. What impressed me most when I started working here was the strong relationships and mutual respect between, management, employees, and customers. Being involved with not just the accounting and budgeting but the many different aspects and challenges of running a small business keeps me motivated. This industry is challenging and everchanging and I enjoy working with other staff and customers to face these challenges every day.
