Joe M. Dove

Joe M. Dove joined Cook Commercial Properties in January 2003 after a successful career in newspaper publishing and business development. He served as director of economic development for Entergy Mississippi, where he led a team which successfully recruited more than $200 million in industrial investment in just five years. He also is a former business owner, and most recently was director of business development and publisher of all weekly products for The Clarion-Ledger, Mississippi's largest newspaper. Joe is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and numerous professional development programs.

William (Bill) G. Cook, III

Bill Cook, III joined Cook Commercial Properties after a successful career in corporate finance for the telecommunications industry. He also has experience in construction, real estate development and property management. Bill is actively engaged in commercial real estate sales, leasing, investment and property management. Bill received his B.S. Degree in Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1984 and his MBA from Millsaps College in 1996.
