Beth Conyngham - President

Beth has been in the executive search industry for over 20 years. During this time she has had the pleasure of working on critical hires with some of the finest organizations in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. She is passionate about matching candidates with the right role and bringing together the perfect ‘fit.' Working with the best and the brightest is extremely rewarding to her. She loves what she does. Before getting into the recruiting field, she was a high school English teacher in NYC where she learned a lot about life.

Linda Pierro

With over 20 years experience, Linda began her career as an Administrative Assistant and was quickly promoted into various office management roles. In 1993 she joined Excalibur Human Resources as Manager, Administrative Operations. Linda has been with Conyngham Partners since its inception in 2000, where she joined as the Director of Administrative Operations. She is responsible for supporting all recruiting activities. Her keen attention to detail and her focus on making the interview process flow seamlessly results in outstanding hires and an overall wonderful client/candidate experience.

Patty Graver - VP

Patty has been in the executive search industry for over 20 years, starting her consulting career with Princeton Research in New Jersey as an Associate working with Fortune 500 companies on Leadership and Organizational Development assignments. She co-founded Excalibur Human Resources in 1984; a boutique firm specializing in senior level Commercial and R&D placements in the Pharmaceutical industry. Presently she leads all talent management and recruitment initiatives for Conyngham Partners. Her deep understanding of matching the right candidate with the right client results in outstanding relationships and superior results on search assignments to which our clients can attest.
