Cameron is Managing Director of The Myers-Briggs Company for the Asia Pacific region and is a member of the Regional Leadership Team for the global business. He joined the company in 2008, and throughout his tenure has expanded operations into new territories, launched customer development initiatives and driven operational efficiencies. As a registered psychologist Cameron delivers consulting assignments and certification training to clients throughout the Asia Pacific region. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with Honours, a Master of Psychology (Organisational), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (Corporate Finance/Advisory) and a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD. Cameron is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Darren is the Director of Operations of The Myers-Briggs Company and oversees all aspects of the Customer Service, Product Fulfilment and Scoring Bureau teams of the Asia Pacific operation. He joined the company in 2005 and brings more than 20 years of customer service and hospitality experience to his role. During his time with the company, Darren has been integral in the implementation of new customer platforms and operational process improvements.

Derek Allan

Derek is the Finance and Accounting Manager of The Myers-Briggs Company and oversees all aspects of the financial management of the Asia Pacific operation. He joined the company in 2020 and brings more than 17 years of international and local experience of working in private practice and in industry. Derek holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) and is a qualified as a Chartered Accountant, joining the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland as a member in 2005 and in 2010 he joined as a member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Dr. Martin Boult

Martin joined The Myers-Briggs Company in 2005. In 2010, he was appointed to the position of Senior Director, Professional Services & International Training. Martin is a registered psychologist and has worked in both clinical and organisational settings, having delivered consulting assignments around the world to a range of leading public and private sector organisations. In his role, Martin is responsible for leading consulting and certification programs throughout the Asia Pacific region and leads the development of certification programs internationally for The Myers-Briggs Company. Martin possesses a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) with Honours and a Doctorate of Psychology (Neuropsychology). He is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
