Curtis Hart

Curtis Hart brings a degree in Accounting to his role as Assistant Financial and Estate Planner. He enjoys applying his financial training at a company that shares his values and provides the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Trinity Western University. He is dedicated to helping clients understand their financial situation and plan for a successful and secure future. His free time is spent enjoying time with his wife and young daughter. Curtis also enjoys outdoor pursuits including golf and the tranquillity of the family cottage.

Darlene Klassen

Darlene brings more than 20 years of administrative experience to her position with Covenant Family Wealth Advisors. Her ability to multi-task and professionally respond to the demands of the workplace are a great asset in her current role supporting client relationships. Darlene joined Covenant in 2015 following 14 years in a senior administrative role for the corporate office of Tim Hortons. She continues to value being part of an effective team for delivering results and appreciates a workplace so closely aligned with her own spiritual values. One of her passions is volunteering with Stella's Voice where she actively supports the Canadian office and frequently travels on Covenant-sponsored missions trips to Moldova where this ministry is actively working to care for and protect vulnerable children from human trafficking.

Jeff Chapman

A CPA, CMA with many years of experience in executive, management and board roles, Jeffery is an experienced leader. He strives to advance personal and organizational vision through excellence in people, planning, and process and has supported the growth and development of many organizations and teams. His career began in accounting and financial roles in industry, but his passion for helping people and businesses succeed drew him into leadership and management. He has worked in financial, retail, charities, gaming, farming, and entertainment industries, and even had a pretty good run playing lead guitar in rock bands in the 80's and '90s. Jeffery's interests in the human side of the equation led him to acquire Senior Certification in The Birkman Method®. Mark Brandsma

As a Relationship Manager and Financial and Estate Planner with Covenant, Mark Brandsma is a client favourite. With Mark, what you see is what you get, and his consistent and conscientious outlook comes across in everything he does. He values establishing strong, trusting client relationships and following through on recommended solutions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) with a minor in Political Science from Trinity Western University and is certified in The Birkman Method®. While attending university, he was also a key member of the varsity soccer team and represented TWU in Model United Nations Conferences. Mark began his financial planning career in 1997, working for an independent firm and building his own practice. He earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2002 and, in 2004, accepted a position with Covenant. As a Relationship Manager, Mark guides clients on their journey of holistic financial and estate planning. He coordinates his knowledge with that of the team to deliver counsel to those he serves. Mark's personal vision for working at Covenant is to make a positive, practical and long-term impact. When not at Covenant, you can find Mark spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys playing soccer and golf and tending to the chickens on their hobby farm.

Marlene Enns

With more than 25 years of experience in marketing and event management, Marlene Enns brings a creative energy that's not easily duplicated. She joined Covenant in 2010 in a Marketing and Events role and is inspired to be involved with a team whose personal spiritual beliefs so closely align with her own. Marlene contributes to the company's overall success by developing the Covenant brand, implementing strategic marketing programs and coordinating relationship-building events. Marlene's role supports the overall sales process, and she excels at building relationships with clients and suppliers alike. You will often see her unique gift basket creations at client meetings and events. Marlene's energy extends outside the office as she enjoys family time, especially being a grandma to two little girls and taking every opportunity to be outdoors.

Michael Gibney

Michael Gibney completed his exit from Covenant in 2019, and in 2020, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of his founding vision without him. This may sound sad, but this was his vision all along. Michael applied considerable effort and sacrifice to ensure the company could carry on without him from a position of strength. This, too, was achieved as the current partners, Jeff Chapman, Mark Brandsma and Rob Radloff, and the rest of the team were well equipped to take the lead and continue serving the same vision. Today, Covenant has an incredible depth of experience working with hundreds of families, some over successive generations, helping them overcome the challenges of business and wealth.

Milena Ramos

With more than 18 years of administration experience, Milena Ramos brings her warm, outgoing personality to Covenant. She joined our team in the Spring of 2020 and has taken on the role of Office Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to Jeff Chapman. Milena enjoys working with a friendly team whose personal spiritual beliefs and values align with her own. Her broad experience in administration, IT, owning her own business and being a care aid has equipped her well for her Covenant role. She looks after the essential office duties such as bookkeeping, scheduling, preparing reports, and ensuring that she is one step ahead so that nothing falls between the cracks. Milena has a servant's heart and loves to help people. With endless energy, she spends time with her three grown kids and her precious granddaughter. You will find her outdoors, walking, hiking and at the dog park with her two black labs. She loves her coffee, Italian food and hopes to travel to Israel and Greece one day.

Rob Radloff

Rob's focus is working with business families, specializing in wealth transfer and business transition applying a tax integrated approach. As a Chartered Professional Accountant in the financial services industry since 1997, Rob is passionate about motivating people to maximize their God-given talents. He lives in North Vancouver with his wife, Nancy, and their two sons. Rob enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, playing tennis and trying to find the best pizza.

Sylvia Buchholz

Sylvia brings over 22 years of administration experience to Covenant. Through her role, she endeavours to keep things organized and running smoothly on a daily basis. She manages multiple administrative tasks while managing very busy schedules to keep the team running efficiently. Sylvia considers it a blessing to be part of Covenant that exemplifies integrity and excellence in the way we serve our client.

Wendi Muth

Wendi brings over 20 years of administration experience to Covenant. She joined our company in the Fall of 2021 and has taken on the position of Insurance Administrator. Wendi has completed her Legal and Business Administration certifications and used these skills to support a Human Resources team within the technology and aviation industry. Wendi has appreciated finding a work environment where her spiritual beliefs and values align with hers. She likes to connect with others and keep one step ahead of priorities to ensure a specific outcome. She brings a positive, helpful approach to the Covenant team and is excited to gain experience in the insurance administrator role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the great outdoors, and serving in some capacity within her church community.
