A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Mr. Montague has over 20 years of experience in information systems sales and business management. He has a strong project management background and expertise in the construction and real estate industries. Mr. Montague is the Vice President of Cox-Little & Company and has primary responsibility for the company's sales and candidate sourcing efforts. He has helped companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and logistics industries and has a thorough understanding of major software offerings in these areas including Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, RedPrairie, and Manhattan. For 12 years prior to joining Cox-Little & Company, Mr. Montague started and led a firm that provided IT Project Management and Logistics services to companies in North and South Carolina. He was responsible for planning and implementing numerous complex software and infrastructure projects. Earlier, Mr. Montague served as Senior Vice President of McDevitt & Street Company (now Bovis Lend Lease), a large national general contractor. He managed a division responsible for Healthcare construction and was responsible for sales, estimating, and project management.

Mr. Khandavalli is an award-winning entrepreneur and an experienced keynote speaker who is an asset to the entire team. Mr. Khandavalli is the Chief Executive Officer of RiseIT, bringing years of experience with him. His ability to lead companies toward success is unmatched in his field. As an award-winning entrepreneur and experienced keynote speaker, Mr. Khandavalli is an asset to the entire team. Mr. Khandavalli has been a board member since 2017. Before joining RiseIT, Mr. Khandavalli founded a variety of companies and led them toward growing success. In 2012, SevenTablets was born as a sect of the iTech group of companies. iTech was started by Mr. Khandavalli in 2001, where he served as Chairman and CEO. Prior to entering the IT industry, he worked as a chemical engineer at Enerfax. Mr. Khandavalli was named one of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalists in both 2009 and 2010 as well as a finalist for the Wells Fargo Asian Business Leader in 2010. In his free time, Mr. Khandavalli flies as a licensed private pilot, gives back to the community, and devotes time to his wife and two children. He graduated from the University of Akron, Akron, OH, with a master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
