Mark Cotter, Ph.D., EP(CEA), EP(EMS-LA) is the principal of the firm. Mark has extensive experience in a broad range of environmental consulting, including environmental management system development, environmental auditing, environmental due diligence in business transactions, and risk management. He is a Certified Environmental Auditor and Environmental Management System Lead Auditor, credentials obtained through the Canadian Environmental Auditing Association and the Standards Council of Canada for the auditing of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
