Ashley Arenz is a Portland, OR native and recent graduate of Oregon State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Her experience in real estate first began as an office assistant and has since developed into a career as a licensed realtor in the Portland Metro Area. Throughout her various roles in the industry, Ashley learned that her passion lies within building client relationships and seeing them accomplish one of life's biggest investments. Her previous role as a real estate marketing coordinator, allowed her to develop the necessary skills to successfully market listings and stay on top of industry trends. With strong attention to detail, can-do attitude, and caring nature, Ashley excels at identifying each client's needs and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. Matt Wellner has worked in the residential and commercial land development industry since 1997. He has extensive experience as a private planning consultant, as a project manager and as a land developer dealing with all aspects of the acquisition, entitlement and development business. As a native Oregonian, Matt is an alumni of the University of Oregon and has spent almost his entire career navigating the complex land use laws and processes of Oregon and Washington. As the Director of Development for Crandall Group, Matt is responsible for taking projects from vision to execution. His track record of success is among the best in the business and he takes pride in building great communities. Matt is a former member of the Washington County Planning Commission and a current member of the Clean Water Services Advisory Commission. He is also actively involved with the state and local building associations.
