As Creax's business development manager, he adds value to the team by thoroughly listening to the wishes of clients, analyzing their challenges and translating them into a tailored workflow in order to deliver the right results. During this process, he does not shy away from daring to challenge the question. Bart is also engaged in translating the ‘Vision in Design' principle into a solid methodology, with the goal of building future-proof innovation scenarios for several different companies.

Caro handles internal and external communication at Creax and aims for a positive vibe for client and colleagues. When you call Creax, she will answer the phone to help you out. Caro is part of the marketing team, not only for Creax, but also for INNDUCE.me. Next to her job at Creax, she owns a relaxation studio where she gives massages and facials.

Jonas, a bioscience engineer with a strong interest for innovation, followed his passion by completing a postgraduate program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. After first experiences as a project engineer and business developer, he joined the Creax team to tackle complex challenges in our science-oriented projects. He is eager to bring fresh ideas to the table and transform scientific and technological research into innovative solutions for your company.
Innovation is crucial to futureproof your company. Yet, innovation is complex and has become an expertise as such. Mathieu is proud to lead, manage and grow these activities. He has a vast experience in entrepreneurship, business development and management. He maintains strong business relationships with companies such as L'Oréal, P&G, Goodyear, PMI, Sappi, Anheuser-Busch InBev, 3M, DuPont, Decathlon, TotalEnergies and many others. Mathieu regularly gives guest lectures and presentations about hands-on efficient innovation for a wide variety of audiences: schools, universities, management committees, professional organisations in Belgium and abroad.

At Creax, Sigrid ensures that everything runs smoothly in terms of sales administration and HR. It is her aim to reinforce the unique company culture, by organizing activities that take the team spirit and health to the next level. She is also involved in business development and has a strong drive to convince companies to partner with us.
As Projects Director, Simon coordinates Creax's projects team. Moreover, he forms the bridge between the projects and the business development team. By taking the lead in many technological innovation trajectories, he has built an extensive knowledge of technologies, both at the product and process level. Simon is responsible for translating the ‘Vision in Design' principle into a solid methodology. In doing so, he means to build future-proof innovation portfolios for different companies. Therefore, he is often involved in some of the most challenging strategic innovation projects.
At Creax, Stef uses his chemistry background in science-driven innovation projects. He likes researching and learning about new materials and technologies, and he can efficiently extract relevant information for the project scope and summarize complex scientific research in an understandable way. Stef works on various innovation projects at Creax, such as problem-solving and technology mapping.
As a child, Thomas frustrated his parents by taking their household appliances apart and then failing to reassemble them. Many years later, he graduated as an industrial designer, effectively turning the world into his playground. People would probably say he is a genius if he would only let them speak.

He tackles projects with such passion that - along the way - we have the impression he truly becomes the client.

Valeria is one of the best science & technology analysts at Creax. Her efficiency in large data analysis often leads to surprising insights very fast. On the other hand, she takes a very thorough approach in more in-depth research on various scientific topics. Valeria always presents her results with passion, but is also able to bring clarity in even the most complex topics. Therefore, she is undoubtably a great contribution to any science- driven innovation project.
As a Senior Innovation Engineer at CREAX, I assist companies in systematic innovation, knowledge management and technology transfer across sectors. In the multidisciplinary team of Creax I manage projects for a variety of industries, ranging from polymers, over specialty chemicals, to cosmetics. I am responsible for keeping track of the latest innovations in chemistry, polymer science and patent intelligence. At CREAX, we combine creativity with a profound technological knowledge and a thorough understanding of intellectual property.
