Alan Thomason

Before joining the CREO team, Alan's career includes Leadership roles at IBM, Lenovo, Avnet, and Technology Service Solutions supporting multiple industries including: IT, financial, healthcare, retail / ecommerce, telecom, and government. Alan's commitment to people, his passion for technology and belief in the value of innovation and digital transformation all work together to help shape and define his professional career. Alan's experience ranges from hands-on positions across multiple disciplines to leadership roles on global technology programs. He has deep knowledge and firsthand experience in a wide variety of areas, including customer success, service delivery, ERP & CRM implementation, and services based projects & program management; leading both, large and small multi-discipline teams across diverse global vertical markets. All of Alan's positions share a common theme - developing people and tools to drive strategic decisions, improving efficiencies, and improving customer retention and satisfaction. Alex Kopp

Alex is passionate about developing strategies that drive growth while embracing client values. He has a special interest in innovative health care and life science technologies and has spent time working with multiple medical device startups. He has led the development of user growth strategies and developed over $150k in venture funding. Alex has over 2 years of digital marketing and brand development experience. Alex joined the CREO team in 2022. He is excited to work with a passionate team on mission-driven solutions. Alex puts his clients and team first and believes in developing strong relationships to foster trust and increase effectiveness. He is excited to grow in a broad range of client categories including Mergers & Acquisitions, Growth Acceleration, & Digital Transformation. Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with Honors distinction. At Carolina, Alex was a member of the Football team and an active member of the entrepreneurial community.

Alexis Addison

Alexis started her career in the non-profit sector as an Administrative Assistant, transitioning to an Administrative Coordinator and then the Business Operations Manager at the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. As the Business Operations Manager, she managed the company's financial and operations systems. Alexis then took a new opportunity in the public sector as a Program Manager at the NC Office of Strategic Partnerships where she gained extensive project management experience and helped launch a new platform to promote research opportunities across the state. Embracing her competitive nature as a track & field college athlete, Alexis is self-driven, results-oriented, and believes in delivering every client the best service possible. Alexis is very excited to join the CREO team and looks forward to working with some of the best and most seasoned leaders in the industry. Alexis earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from North Carolina State University. At NC State, she was captain of the Women's Track and Field team and earned several All-American and All-ACC honors. She holds the women's outdoor long jump record, represented Team USA in two international meets, won the 2015 indoor ACC championship, and qualified for the 2016 USA Track and Field Olympic Trials in both long jump and the 100-meter hurdles. After graduating, she competed as a professional track athlete across the country and overseas. Alexis also earned her Master of Public Administration from NC State graduating in the top 10 percent of her class.

Bill Adams

Bill is an experienced global technology leader with strong technical, leadership and communication skills who excels in aligning corporate goals and initiatives with global enterprise IT strategy. Bill's background with technology includes global data center management, cybersecurity implementations and enterprise class application support. He is focused on providing value and sustainability to maximize the organizations investments. Bill has been involved in all aspects of projects from ideation to project completion and has experience with global mergers, acquisitions and divestiture. Previously, Bill served as Senior Manager/Global Infrastructure Manager at Parker-LORD corporation. In this role, he established the organization's enterprise technology road map and oversaw global IT operations. Bill's career experiences also include tenures as AVP Computer and Network operations at AKC as well as Application architect. Bill served as a senior developer and architect with EDS Corporation and worked on several large national and federal systems. Bill's commitment to people, his passion for technology and belief in the value of process improvement all work together to help shape and define his professional career. Bill received a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Economics from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.

Caleb Huff

Caleb brings extensive experience in professional IT systems administration, infrastructure management, access control and support to CREO. Prior to CREO, Caleb was sole IT systems administrator and support role for RE/MAX Gold Coast, the premier real estate brokerage of West Ventura County, CA. He managed internal systems for all five offices that includes the Administration and Corporate home office as well as the Property Management Division. Caleb engaged in contract renewal negotiations, implemented procedures for security, assisted users in optimizing workflow, user experience and support for both hardware and software for agent and staff alike. He also oversaw transitions for offices to modern managed VOIP solutions and new ISPs. Caleb takes a pragmatic and rational approach to solutions with attention to detail and ever mindful of procedure. Caleb believes you should always do right by others genuinely and altruistically as the path to true fulfillment.

Calleigh Crumpler

Calleigh holds a diverse background in event planning and production, with clients including well-known musicians and festivals; international education; marketing; and business operations. Throughout these experiences, she has effectively added value through managing logistics for multiple concurrent projects, balancing stakeholder interests to reach consensus, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, analyzing results for key insights, and building marketing strategies and collateral for implementation. Her experience in operations and administration has fostered her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, while the breadth and variety of her experiences has made her a creative and innovative problem solver, able to empathetically view problems from multiple viewpoints. Calleigh received her MBA from NC State University's Poole College, with concentrations in Marketing and Innovation, and a certificate in Business Analytics. As a student and professional, she has proven her integrity, reliability as a teammate, strong oral and written communication skills, and aptitude, graduating summa cum laude from business school. While a student, she was a leader on the Student Executive Board, managed the Consumer Behavior lab and held other roles, demonstrating her ability to excel at multiple projects simultaneously. Clifton Medford

As a leader in Information Technology, Clifton brings excellent professional experience in Information Technology Management to the CREO team. Before joining CREO, Clifton served as the Help Desk Manager and Training Manager at Ipas, an international NGO providing oversight and supervision of the Information Technology Solutions Help Desk and Training units for global end users. In addition to this role, he also served as a System Administrator for Ipas, being responsible for migrating Ipas infrastructure to Azure and implementing key network and security systems. Prior to his roles at Ipas, Clifton operated as a VoIP Engineer with a managed IT services provider. In this position, he was responsible for the implementation, support, and management of Mitel IP telephony infrastructure and network. He has also worked as a Telecommunications and IT support Technician for an industry leading library district, as well as a Lead Escalation Engineer for Microsoft. He began his career as a Combat Medic for the US Army. Clifton leads with a "better every day" mentality always looking for a way to improve the future of the organizations he works with and the teams he supports. Often striving to create a culture of growth with strong ideation. He will do whatever it takes to get the job done and enjoys achieving goals through collaborative, team lead initiatives. Clifton believes the role of technology in business is to support the mission and vision of the organization and seeks to use technology as the mechanism to further drive success. Colette Murphy

Colette has held a variety of talent management and human resource roles across multiple industries including professional services, manufacturing, non-profit, logistics, fitness, and restaurants. Before joining CREO, she was responsible for talent acquisition at Alphia where she managed a diverse portfolio of salaried positions at a high growth company and owned the full life cycle recruiting function. Prior to Alphia, Colette worked as the Human Resources Director at MDO Management where she built and directed the human resources department, implemented an HRIS and provided internal human resource consulting and support across forty-seven locations. Colette earned a Master of Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas.

Connie Pearcy - Managing Director

To each new engagement, Connie brings her leadership experiences working in nonprofit, private, and public companies across diverse industries, including scientific research and health IT, data processing, government contracting, education, and SaaS business-to-business product delivery. Previously, Connie served as VP/CIO at the American Kennel Club (AKC), the internationally-known nonprofit canine advocacy organization. In this role, she established the organization's technology road map, oversaw IT operations and software development functions, and served on the corporate management team. Connie was recruited back to the AKC in 2012 to serve as CIO after having built a successful internal consulting practice for the organization. As the AVP for Internal Consulting, she built a dynamic team of consultants, facilitated the Board's strategic planning efforts, conducted efficiency and organizational assessments, and developed implementation plans aligned to the organization's business strategy. Connie's career experiences also include tenures as a Program Director at Duke University, Director of Global MIS at Channel Advisor, Inc., and Principal/Deputy Program Manager at SRA International, providing enterprise IT support at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. In these positions, Connie oversaw summer educational programs at campuses across the United States, managed IT corporate infrastructure for eight locations around the globe, and led integration efforts following multiple acquisitions. Known for her ability to form collaborative relationships and inspire high-performing teams, Connie believes effective leaders listen intently to their staff, their colleagues, and their customers. She strives to communicate clear goals and vision and establish a culture of high expectations coupled with good humor and respect. David Sullivan

David is a member of the Creo team that joined in 2022 and is motivated to apply the skills that he earned from achieving his bachelor's degree at Dakota State University. Majoring in Network Security and Administration, David was able to gain experience using network devices that are developed by industry leaders. While working on these networks he was able to learn how to accurately plan, develop, and implement networks while also following ISO standards. David joining the Creo team has given him the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry. He intends to use the skills developed here to make a lasting impact on the organization along with the projects that it works on. David has a passion for security which helped him learn the skills required plan a project and follow it through, while ensuring industry standards are met. He also has a passion for cybersecurity and has developed his own tools to keep up with the latest developing cyber-attacks.

Dennis DeWolf

His proficiency extends across various domains, encompassing defensive cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, security operations, technical architecture, custom development, project management, server operations, application administration, quality assurance, network operations, database administration, storage management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and cloud management. Throughout his career, Dennis has consistently applied data analysis techniques to inform critical tactical and strategic decision-making.

Gary Blevins

Gary comes with 20+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Security in several functions such as Manufacturing, Finance, bioPharma and Industry and has skills in enterprise infrastructure, network infrastructure and design and firewalls. For the past several years he has been a Sr. Network Engineer and level 3 for multiple companies responsible for all network infrastructure globally including firewalls, switches/routers, Azure networking, SD-WAN, RADIUS, VPN, load balancers as well as backup Active Directory infrastructure. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University and holds several industry specific certifications.

George Woods

George is an accomplished, results driven global IT professional with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale IT Transformation projects within the Technology (hardware & software) Industry. He has a passion for improving business results and increasing productivity by properly leveraging IT Systems and Data. He began his career with IBM first as a college co-op while studying Computer Science at Auburn University. At IBM, George was tasked with leading the overall IT readiness and transition for the Global Service & Support organization during the divestiture of the PC Company to Lenovo. As the Director of Global Services Business Transformation and IT at Lenovo, he led 7 full lifecycle implementation projects leveraging SAP CRM Sales, CRM Service, and ECC to deliver a single global enterprise solution for Lenovo Services across 100+ countries. George went on to become Sr Director of Program Management Operations at Managed Maintenance, Inc where he led the first global deployment of their commercial SaaS product while also establishing and leading the corporate PMO. Most recently, George served as the Director of Business Systems at insightsoftware where he led the daily management and on-going transformation of the core Business Systems used to run the day-to-day operations of Marketing, Sales, Customer Support & Success, Professional Services, and Finance/Accounting. At insightsoftware, George led the internal Business Systems integration for multiple corporate acquisitions, working with leadership and key stakeholders to analyze business processes, systems, and data to define and execute a transition plan for full integration of people, process, and tools. In his free time, when he is not spending time with family, George enjoys riding his motorcycle through the back roads of North Carolina or playing bass guitar in his neighborhood garage band.

Haley Taylor

Haley is an up-and-coming leader with more than eight years of professional experience. She is passionate about empowering people to reach their full potential and establishing trust within the organization. Haley works with leaders to help drive the organization toward their strategic goals with an engaged and cohesive team. In 2022, Haley followed her passion for people, becoming CREO's HR Business Partner. She joined CREO in 2017 as an Operations Assistant and with time transitioned to a client-facing Analyst role in 2019, eventually becoming a Consultant in 2021. Over the four years Haley worked in CREO's Strategic Development & Insights practice area, she worked closely with clients in strategic planning, process improvement, team building and Tilt 365® workshops. Haley contributed to two post-merger integration projects delivering key change management and communications pieces. Prior to joining CREO, Haley worked as a litigation assistant at two personal injury law firms, supporting attorneys and paralegals. She is True Tilt Personality Profile and Positive Influence Predictor certified through Tilt 365®. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a focus in Criminology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received her MBA from Liberty University in 2019.

Jason Burke - Chief Strategy Officer

Jason Burke is a Partner at CREO Inc where he leads the firm's Analytics and Data Sciences practice. Previously, he served as System Vice President and founding Chief Analytics Officer for the UNC Health Care System where he was responsible for analytical strategy, R&D, data governance, and consulting services for the $5B state-wide health delivery system. UNC Health Care was one of the first health care organizations to have been certified as reaching the highest level of analytical maturity by the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Burke is the author of one of the leading books on business analytics in health and life sciences (Health Analytics: Gaining the Insights to Transform Health Care, Wiley, 2013), and has served as both a founder and advisor to multiple industry and academic think tanks focused on business transformation with emerging technologies, analytics and data sciences. He has designed and taught new curricula in two of the top US business schools: Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and UNC's Kenan Flagler Business School. In addition to business analytics and data sciences, Burke's interest areas also span strategy formalization, innovation, information technology, and entrepreneurship. Previously, Burke served as global head of health and life sciences strategy, research and development for SAS, as well as holding strategy and management roles in organizations such as Microsoft, Quintiles, and GlaxoSmithKline. Jim McCusker

Jim McCusker is a seasoned and accomplished business development professional, known for exceptional dedication to client satisfaction and expertise in building lasting relationships with Finance and IT executives. Consistently putting clients first, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor for life science organizations. Prior to joining CREO, Jim spent years in the cloud application space. Partnering with biopharma, medical device, and research services companies on end-to-end implementations, optimization, and managed services of solutions like Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Coupa. Bringing a strategic approach to client engagement that goes beyond transactions, focusing on understanding client's business objectives, challenges, and aspirations. Jim joined the CREO team in 2024 to help build out the commercial team. He is excited to work with industry experts and continue to partner with innovative organizations impacting human health. Jim received his BBA in Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business at University of South Carolina.

Josh Pedroza

Josh is a seasoned penetration tester and brings over 7 years of consulting experience to CREO. He is passionate about making the IT world a more secure place one step at a time through proper training, patching, and vulnerability management. Prior to joining CREO, Josh started with independent web development, and later moved into PCI Compliance and ASV scans, and finally penetration testing. He specializes in physical social engineering engagements, as well as internal, external, and web application tests. He received his Bachelors degree in Computer Science with a major in Cyber and Network Security from ECPI University in 2017, and also holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.

Juhi Thakur

Juhi has a unique ability to understand and communicate both the technical and business aspects of an initiative and is skilled at executing strategic and tactical information management projects; leading both, large and small multi-discipline teams across diverse vertical markets. Prior to joining Creo, Juhi played key roles as a project manager, Scrum Master, and business analyst on DevOps teams. She is passionate about partnering with clients across all levels with a strong focus on driving projects to successful end-to-end delivery. She has advised executives on how to re-engineer core business processes to drive savings, leverage data to inform better decision-making and define customer value to ensure client success. Juhi has 17 years of experience ranging from healthcare, crop sciences, financial, and technology industries. She also likes to wear multiple hats in a project and is always keen to help others and learn technologies on the job. Juhi is passionate about doing philanthropy work and serves on the board of a local Indian community non-profit organization called Nuvyug India Fest with a mission to preserve and promote Indian cultural arts. She is also a volunteer with other nonprofit organizations such as NCIAP, Pratham. Juhi holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University (India).

Kamari Green

Kamari joined CREO with over 15 years of healthcare experience having held roles in Business Development, Strategy, Change Management, Innovation, Hospital Administration and Pharmaceutical Sales. Kamari is known as a leader, a growth driver and a relationship builder. Most recently, Kamari worked for Sage Therapeutics, a leading biotech company focused on brain health. While there, she served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Business Officer and led high priority strategic projects for the Commercial Leadership Team as Director of Global Commercial Business Management. Prior to Sage, Kamari worked for two large health systems including Advocate Health where she led business development and growth efforts for several specialties (including Women's Health and Cancer) resulting in a combined $15M year over year growth (gross charges) fueled by expanding services, market share and patient access across the Greater Milwaukee area. She was also instrumental in standing up new programs and services for underrepresented patient groups and vulnerable populations. Prior to Advocate Health, Kamari led a system-wide culture transformation initiative for over 10,000 employees at University of Cincinnati Health (UC Health) where she facilitated leadership seminars and spearheaded change management strategy efforts, resulting in increased employee engagement scores. Kamari holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Howard University and an MBA from George Washington University. She also earned a certification in Executive Presence from Cornell University. In her free time, Kamari enjoys spending time with her family, catching up with friends, painting and traveling.

Kevin DeLeon

Kevin has worked for nearly 30 years at the juncture of information technology and regulatory compliance to develop, validate, implement and provide quality oversight of a broad range of GxP application, laboratory, manufacturing, and packaging systems. He has a strong compliance background in Data Integrity, Part 11/Annex 11, associated GMPs with broad experience in IT quality oversight, IT QMS, auditing, GAMP-based CSV and SDLC. Prior to joining CREO, Kevin was a Global Quality Manager with Catalent where he established and managed the corporate Data Integrity Program with ongoing rollouts and training to over 30 sites, refined global IT Quality and CSV procedures, performed internal IT/CSV/DI site audits, performed IT supplier audits, and provided quality oversight to global LIMS, CDS, QMS, MES, Serialization, ERP and other core pharmaceutical system implementations, site rollouts, and upgrades. He refined and provided oversight of the IT QMS system including IT change controls, system periodic reviews, audits, investigations, deviations and CAPAs. Kevin has provided IT quality leadership, oversight and compliance training to numerous global cross-functional and offshore project teams including business owners, system owners, IT infrastructure, CSV, developers, vendors, and consultants. He has faced or provided responses to numerous regulatory agency and client auditors. He has also provided quality oversight for data center migrations, site acquisitions and divestitures. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Texas State University and is a member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).

Kristi joined the CREO team in 2020 and is excited to gain invaluable insight from experienced consultants surrounding her, as well as meaningfully contribute to every project she works on. Kristi graduated from Wheaton College (IL) with a degree in Business Economics.

Kyle Minicucci

Kyle joined CREO in the beginning of 2023. As a young professional, Kyle brings over 7 years of IT Help Desk and Systems Engineering experience. Prior to CREO, Kyle served as a Tier II Systems Support Engineer for numerous large-scale enterprise healthcare agencies at Red River. In his most recent role, Kyle served as the Team Lead and primary escalation contact for all IT issues relating to his client. He is well versed in how an IT Help Desk should function and has a great deal of experience dealing with KPIs and other metrics. Kyle also acted as a Systems Administrator dealing heavily with Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, Veeam, and many other common technologies. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Information Systems & Technology from Old Dominion University. He is currently working towards certifications relating to Microsoft Intune and Azure Administration.

Lisa Carden

Lisa is a highly organized and trustworthy accountant with over 20 years of financial and operational accounting and auditing experience in both the public and private sector. She thrives in a team environment and loves getting deep into the details to solve complex financial issues. Lisa began her career as an external auditor at KPMG (Big Four accounting organization) in Boston, MA. She then joined the TJX Companies as an internal auditor and was promoted into various financial management positions within the TJX divisions. Prior to joining CREO, Lisa worked at VeraSci, a scientific consulting and clinical trials support company, as a senior accountant and played a valuable role in providing key financial information to facilitate in the sale to and integration with WCG Clinical Services in 2021. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and has passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant examination.

Mark Bethers - CHRO

Mark Bethers is the Chief People Officer for CREO.  Over the past 25+ years, he has held senior HR leadership positions in a variety of life sciences companies, including IQVIA, Pfizer, Syneos Health Consulting and BioAgilytix.  Mark first became acquainted with CREO during his years at BioAgilytix where he regularly engaged CREO consultants to help accelerate business growth, both organic and inorganic.  Mark is passionate about building and protecting a company culture that puts people first.  Having started his career as a CPA with KPMG, Mark is adept at leveraging data for predictive analytics to identify insights and emerging trends that can lead to strategic, yet practical improvements for the business.  Importantly, Mark is a UC Berkeley-training executive coach and provides this service to executive team members of our clients.

Mary Magellan

Mary Magellan is a Microsoft 365 (M365) and SharePoint consultant and trainer, who prior to joining Creo, ran her own small business specializing in providing a wide array of clients and training companies with M365 end-user training and consulting services. Based in Oakland, California, Mary draws from her diverse experience working in government, tech, non-profit and corporate settings to deliver real-world instruction, M365 productivity best practices, and technical solutions. She has over a decade of training and facilitation experience and has supported Fortune 500 companies to implement successful end-user adoption strategies during Microsoft Cloud migrations. Her technical skillset includes all M365 productivity and collaboration tools, including SharePoint design and administration and Power Apps and Power Automate development. Mary earned a Master of Arts in International Policy and Conflict Resolution from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Policy from Bard College. She is a certified Microsoft instructor and Power Platform certified.

Melissa Noel

Melissa joined CREO with over 10 years of experience in the life-sciences industry and a strong background in laboratory analysis, regulatory compliance, and computer systems validation. She has comprehensive experience in Data Integrity, Part 11/Annex 11, SDLC, and GAMP-based CSV. Melissa's role prior to joining CREO was Global CSV Manager with Catalent where she defined validation strategies of computer systems, provided oversite of global CSV efforts, refined CSV policies and procedures, performed internal IT/CSV/DI site audits, responded to client and regulatory audits, performed system periodic reviews, and oversaw validation components of IT change control, investigations, deviations and CAPAs. Melissa also has prior experience in Global IT Quality providing quality oversight of CSV, DI and IT QMS including IT change control, system periodic reviews, deviations, investigations and CAPAs. Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and her Master of Applied Science in Forensic Investigations from Missouri Western State University.

Micaila Coleman

Micaila started her career as a Business Development Representative at Oracle NetSuite, providing valuable insights and solutions to potential prospects. She then took a new opportunity within the industrial sector as a Project Development Coordinator. In this role, she utilized her project management expertise to create cross functional teams to see each proposal through to completion. She collaborated with the Sales, Pre-Construction, Marketing, Engineering, and Architecture teams to review the scope of the project, an initial project plan along with estimates and ensure all are compiled in accordance with a specific projects Request for Proposal (RFP). Micaila received her B.S. in Homeland Security and Cyber Security, as well as her MBA from Campbell University in 2022. Michael Keech

Michael leads the Quality & Regulatory Services team for CREO, bringing 25+years of life sciences industry and professional services experience. He is focused on offering a wide array of industry-tailored services designed for GxP quality transformation from strategy through implementation and execution. He has extensive experience guiding organizations to implement desired changes to their manufacturing and quality operations and QMS systems. Michael is focused on delivering pragmatic solutions in his approach to guiding organizations through all facets of the GxP quality lifecycle. Most recently, Michael was Senior Principal at IQVIA Advisory Services where he was responsible for delivering strategy and corporate development support within the Compliance & Quality COE. He focused on expanding compliance services across the emerging and mature companies in the life sciences market. Prior to IQVIA, he served as VP / Head of US Advisory Services for Kinapse - a Syneos Health company where he provided leadership in the areas of GxP quality, commercial compliance, regulatory strategy, and operations performance improvement activities. Additionally, Michael has held various leadership positions with E&Y and PwC. He also worked in senior positions at firms including OSI Pharmaceuticals, Wyeth, Deloitte Consulting, and Accenture. Academically, Michael has been awarded an MBA, Marketing from the University of Tennessee and a BS in Supply Chain Operations from Pennsylvania State University. Michelle Baker

Prior to joining the CREO team, Michelle led the Membership Operations Department at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, managing significant process and requirement changes mandated by the Affordable Care Act, all while maintaining productivity and quality. In addition, Michelle held various positions at the American Kennel Club, including Director of Analytics and Market Research, Director of Internal Consulting, and Director of Customer Service. In each role, Michelle consulted with key stakeholders to diagnose process bottlenecks to improve performance and customer satisfaction, and developed tools for tracking, forecasting, pricing, and ROI/P&L analysis. All of Michelle's positions share a common theme - developing analytical processes and tools to drive strategic decisions, identifying market opportunities, improving efficiencies, and improving customer retention and satisfaction. Michelle brings CREO clients her skills to analyze, design, communicate, plan, and execute. He has deep knowledge and firsthand experience in a wide variety of areas, including strategic planning and operations, security and risk management, change management, project management, enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, IT service management, Cloud services, and mobility. Before launching CREO in 2015, Mike served as the CIO and Director of Operations for SciMetrika, a privately held population health sciences company. In this capacity, he oversaw the technical direction of all IT operations, oversaw all business operations, and led the strategic growth of the company's health IT portfolio, serving clients at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. Previously, Mike served as Senior Director at RTI International, where he oversaw the technical team responsible for RTI's enterprise applications. Before that, he served as Senior Director and Senior Principal at SRA International, where he led a team of 40 engineers responsible for enterprise security, solution engineering, and infrastructure operations. Mike also served as VP of IT for Constella Group, where he led corporate IT operations and delivered innovative solutions for its Health IT and Clinical Informatics clients. Early in his career, Mike held multiple hands-on technical positions, including security engineer, network architect, software developer, and product engineer.
