As a real estate transactional attorney, Amy's passion for real estate law began as a college student when she worked as a title examiner in her home state of Massachusetts. Building on that experience, today, Amy's practice includes residential closings, structured finance transactions, commercial loan workout and restructuring, and the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estate.
Amy received her B.A., magna cum laude, and her M.B.A., with distinction, from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Amy went on to earn her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Amy's extensive career experience includes working as an associate with two prominent Am Law 100 firms in Miami. Amy also held a position as a credit analyst in commercial lending for a regional bank.
Evans Crary Sr. served in the Florida Senate until 1953, all the while staying extremely active in his own community. He served as President of the Martin County Bar Association, President of the Stuart Chamber of Commerce and was charter member of the Stuart Rotary Club, showing the citizens of Stuart and his fellow senate members that he was passionate about helping his community. Evans Crary Jr. joined his father's law practice in 1954 and actively practiced law for more than 40 years, also serving as Martin County Judge from the years of 1958 to 1964.
Evans Crary Jr. continued to guide the firm throughout a time of growth and transition from 2 lawyers in the 1950s to a 16 lawyer law firm by the early 1990s. Today, the Crary Buchanan law firm continues to practice the example of integrity, professionalism, energy and devotion that was clearly illustrated in the lives of both Evans Crary Sr. and Evans Crary Jr.

James L.S. Bowdish is Senior Counsel with the firm. Jim limits his practice to serving as a mediator or arbitrator. He is experienced and active as a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit court civil mediator and a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator and a member of the panel of neutrals in the commercial division of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") where he has handled numerous commercial and business
claims as well as healthcare disputes in claims exceeding $1 million. He has also handled numerous appeals to the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Jennifer's Corporate Business Law practice includes forming corporate entities, drafting operating agreements and shareholder agreements, and negotiating asset purchase agreements as well as buy/sell agreements.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Health Services with a major in Health Administration in 1992 from Florida Atlantic University. Ms. Williamson then obtained a dual Master of Business Administration and Master of Health Administration from Georgia State University in 1995 and 1996 respectively. She graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law in May 1999, concentrating in health law with honors. While at Boston University, she was an Articles Editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine, Edward F. Hennessey Scholar and a Paul J. Liacos Scholar. She joined Crary-Buchanan right out of law school in 1999 and became a Shareholder in 2004.
Jennifer is a native Floridian - born, raised, and residing in Okeechobee, Florida. Her family is active in cattle ranching in Florida and Texas. She and her husband Rodney enjoy hog hunting, sporting clays, and raising myotonic goats.

Lawrence E. Crary is a senior member of the firm. He practices in the areas of real estate law, lending and banking law, land use planning (zoning), condominium law, corporations, business law contracts, bond financing, health care organizations (corporate), and charitable organizations.
Larry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1974. He was awarded Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law in 1977. He serves as a director of the Nina Haven Scholarships. He is a permanent deacon in the Roman Catholic Church. Larry is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Michael has lived in Martin County since 1987 when he moved here as a young child. After graduating from Martin County High School in 2001, Michael attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a B.S. in Legal Studies. Subsequently, Michael attended the University of Miami School of Law and earned his J.D., summa cum laude, graduating in the top three percent of his class. While attending law school, Michael was a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and served on the editorial board of the University of Miami Law Review. In addition, Michael was published by the Review for his article on the topic of tort reform. Prior to joining Crary Buchanan, Michael practiced law for eight years with a local firm and successfully represented clients in all facets of litigation, including at the trial and appellate levels.
When Michael is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their two sons.

Mike is a native Floridian who grew up in Stuart. Mike earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami College of Law. In 1989 Mike joined the Crary-Buchanan Law Firm as a civil litigator and has extensive experience trying cases, including numerous jury trials.
Mike has exclusively represented injured clients in personal injury cases since the early 1990s. During this time Mike has successfully represented thousands of clients who have been accidentally injured. Crary Buchanan has recovered tens of millions of dollars for its injured clients. Our trial team at Crary Buchanan zealously and aggressively represents our clients and we use all of our resources to make sure insurance companies fully and fairly compensate our clients who have been wrongfully injured.

Scott is an advisor, negotiator, and litigator representing clients on a variety of business and employment law matters. From formation to the sale of the business, Scott works with clients on business planning, contractual matters, employment law compliance, and business disputes.
He regularly drafts and reviews contracts, represents clients in the purchase and sale of companies, advises on a variety of employment law matters, and represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings. Scott also represents investors and financial advisors in FINRA arbitration and compliance matters.
Scott has an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Alabama School of Law and is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. Scott's mission is to understand the client's financial objectives, develop a realistic legal strategy that is best suited to the client's business needs, and advise the client during the execution of that strategy to obtain the desired goals.
Scott is a board member of the Florida Oceanographic Society and the Economic Council of Martin County. Scott enjoys hikes at our local beaches and in the mountains of North Carolina. When off the trail, he is playing golf or shooting sporting clays.
