Telephone Authority Board of Directors to move forward with the USDA Rural Utility Service Loan Application to deploy Fiber to the Home (FTTH) in the five (5) exchanges in which we provide service... In CRST Telephone Auhtority's 60+ year history, it has always been our mission to provide the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation with a modern and reliable communications infrastructure. Today, this includes approximately 1,500 miles of fiber optics reaching 20 communities and spread out over 2.8 million acres of land.
