CSEA is proud that we are a grassroots union where members themselves elect their officers and where only members can serve on negotiating teams and vote to ratify contracts... CSEA, the Civil Service Employees Association, are workers who join together so that we can have the clout which comes from solidarity. We are people who share a common goal -- to negotiate with our employers from a position of strength. We are individuals who know that you have to belong to be strong... We also provide field services, contract services, legal services and communication services to make sure those contracts are enforced.
