CRYSTAL MOVER SERVICE - Key Persons
As President and CEO, Atsuhiro Fukui leads the Crystal Mover Services, Inc. (CMSI) team to supply safe, consistent, and non-stop automated people mover (APM) services across the United States. He is dedicated to ensuring the smooth transition from the design-build phase to the operations and maintenance phase for each project. Mr. Fukui's main task is successfully operating and managing the 24/7 daily O&M activities across all sites.
For over 20 years, Mr. Fukui has led the business development of transit systems in the U.S. and Asia. Starting with the Hong Kong International Airport APM, he has been closely involved with various transit system DBOM (Design, Build, Operate, and Maintain) projects fulfilled by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, such as the Miami International Airport MIA Mover and North Terminal Skytrain APM projects, the Washington-Dulles International Airport AeroTrain APM project, and the Incheon International Airport APM project.
He spent over four years as the Contract Administration Manager for the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport SkyTrain APM project, managing business and contractual responsibilities from the beginning to the end of the project. After winning two APM projects (the Orlando International Airport Airside 1 and 3 APM Replacements and South APM and the Tampa International Airport SkyConnect APM), he was assigned as senior contract administration manager for both projects and handled both contracts, leading to the successful completion of both. In 2023, he contributed to securing the contract for the Orlando International Airport Airside 2 & 4 APM system replacement project.
Through the multiple US projects, Mr. Fukui has overseen, he has the best knowledge about the "Crystal Mover" APM System, the US APM industry, airport customers, and the US itself.
Mr. Fukui holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Yokohama National University in Japan. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, spending time with his family, taking photos of nature, animals, and, of course, trains, including people movers.

Calandra Phillips is the Quality Assurance Director for Crystal Mover Services, Inc. Calandra comes to CMSI from Mitsubishi Power Americas, where she worked in various capacities throughout her 13-year career. Prior to working with Mitsubishi, Calandra worked as a Laboratory Supervisor and Chemist in the Chemical Industry in Georgia and in Texas. Throughout Calandra's career, she has been recognized as a passionate employee who drives continual improvement in the areas of quality, compliance, and projects.
Calandra is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt in Lean and Manufacturing practices; a Certified Project Manager with an emphasis in Leadership and Development; an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor; and a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Calandra holds a Bachelor of Chemistry degree from Morris Brown College and Masters in Organic Chemistry from Clark-Atlanta University, both located in Atlanta, Georgia.
In her role with CMSI, Calandra champions continual improvement initiatives and works to advance the Quality and Compliance culture throughout the organization.

Hanna is originally from Japan. She transferred to the United States where she earned a college degree, MBA, and a master's degree in accountancy. She is a registered CPA in the state of Illinois. Hanna joined Crystal Mover Services in 2009 shortly after the inception of the company. At the time she joined the company, there were only a handful of employees stationed at the Miami headquarters. Now there are several hundred employees supporting seven locations in Virginia, Georgia, and Florida. It has been challenging yet rewarding and thrilling for Hanna to assist Crystal Mover Services to become a leader in the automated people mover industry.

Maria Gonzalez joined Crystal Mover Services, Inc. in 2019 and plays an instrumental role promoting cultural values and organizational change. She has implemented various employee attraction and retention programs, covering communication surveys, employee recognition, performance evaluations, and compensation analysis. Maria comes from Cisco Systems where she worked as a Human Resources Consultant/Chief of Staff for LatAm HQ. She has been in the HR field since 1996. Maria holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and is a proud member of the Golden Key International Honor Society FIU Miami Chapter. Prior to Cisco, Maria worked in Pharmaceutical contract manufacturing in which she was responsible for delivery of HR services to all team members inclusive of employee relations, retention, succession planning, change management, strategic planning, and all other Generalist activities for the corporate functions.
Maria was awarded with the Citizenship Award by the FIU Business alumni. While at Cisco, she was recognized as the Support Function Person of the Year Human Resources Award, received Support Function and Humanitarian Special Recognition Award and won the HR Global Breakathon Winner of Best Idea We Can Implement Soon (Digitizing Talent Development). She was also an active Board Member of Conexion Miami Chapter, the Cisco Social Responsibility Acceleration Team for LatAm, and was the Miami Lead for the Cisco Citizens Global Network.
Masaaki Nagai has over 25 years of direct, hands-on experience with Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, Project Management, and Operations and Maintenance Oversight and Proposals on complex, multi-disciplinary projects. His global experience includes transportation projects in China, Japan, the UK, and the US. Masaaki built his expertise in electrical control systems as the lead engineer on many turnkey projects during his tenure at both Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (Japan) and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, before joining Crystal Mover Services as a core founding member of the team.
Masaaki's technical and customer consulting expertise is vital in implementing customized solutions such as refurbishment/replacement programs and upgrades, ensuring the safe and reliable modernization of aging systems. He excels in fostering collaboration among internal teams and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Masaaki provides strategic leadership and oversight, ensuring the seamless functioning of our service with a keen focus on efficiency, safety, and industry standards.
Masaaki holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.

Mr. Kei Naraoka joined Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.'s (MHI) ship building division at Nagasaki, Japan in 2007. As the commercial representative he was responsible for successful delivery of vessels. Kei relocated to Singapore in 2013 as a Business Manager for MHI's Asia Pacific division. As a Business Manager of vessel manufactured goods, he gained a wide range of experience in international business, while expanding into a variety of business operations. In 2015 continuing in the role of Business Manager, Kei was assigned to MHI'sTransportation business where he enhanced both urban and airport Automated People Mover (APM) systems for Singapore, playing a key role in its' infrastructure development. His career with MHI and MHI Group companies, exposed him to the field of financing, legal, and technology affording Kei essential experience for business operations. Kei's approach to open communication leads to successful projects, relationships, and superior customer satisfaction. Kei joins Crystal Mover Services (CMS), as Treasurer, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Corporate Planning where he develops and administrates CMS's marketing strategies as well as promoting expansion of the O&M transportation business.
