Aaryn Fink Ledoux is a Partner in the firm's Tampa office and previously clerked for the firm during law school. Ms. Ledoux's practice focuses in the areas of general civil litigation, vehicle negligence, catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, trucking defense, and wrongful death.
Ms. Ledoux earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida, where she majored in English, with a minor in Communications. Upon graduation, Ms. Ledoux earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Ledoux participated in Stetson's Certified Legal Intern Program, which allowed her to try criminal cases alongside Assistant State Attorneys in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Pinellas County.

Adam A. Stetson is an associate in the firm's Orlando office. His practice focuses on defense of civil litigation claims, including but not limited to, personal injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Mr. Stetson earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University. Mr. Stetson then graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stetson obtained additional civil litigation experience involving the areas of commercial trucking defense, security negligence, first party property defense, debt collection, subrogation, civil rights litigation, police misconduct, employment discrimination, and other related claims. Mr. Stetson also worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the Office of The State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida as a Felony Trial and Felony Intake Attorney. In addition, Mr. Stetson also worked in the Lawyer Regulation Headquarters Office of The Florida Bar in Tallahassee, Florida.

Adam Heisner is an associate in the firm's Fort Myers office. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law, a master's level certificate in Negotiation from Harvard Law School, a Master's in Business Administration from Saint Leo University, and a Bachelor's in Economics from Stetson University.
Adam started his career as a combat Engineer officer in the United States Army, where he served as a Battle Captain in Afghanistan earning the Bronze Star medal. While deployed overseas Mr. Heisner facilitated the Afghan judiciary in establishing rules of evidence against terrorists.
He started his legal career at the Lee County Public Defender's office where tried numerous cases. He has since practiced civil litigation focusing primarily on catastrophic and personal injury, vehicle negligence, motor vehicle accidents, employment law, liquor liability, negligent security, premises liability, product liability, and general litigation.
Outside the courtroom he continues to share his legal insights by volunteering to teach an annual ethics class to law students at Ave Maria School of Law.

Aileen Esteban is a partner in the Miami office of Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. She focuses her practice in State and Federal civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, automobile negligence, general liability, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining CSK, Mrs. Esteban represented local and international clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts while working at a boutique Coral Gables law firm. She handled property disputes, condominium association representation, professional liability issues, business torts, partnership, shareholder, corporate governance disputes and negotiated commercial agreements. Mrs. Esteban provided support as an associate attorney in several trials, including one resulting with a $58.4 million unanimous verdict for a television media joint venture, which was recognized in "Top 100 Verdicts in the United States." She also represented clients in appeals before the Third District Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mrs. Esteban received her juris doctor cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2014 and a Bachelors of Arts from Florida International University in December 2009. She was a member of the St. Thomas University Moot Court Board, and participated in the John J. Gibbons National Moot Court Criminal Procedure competition.

Jami Gursky is a trial lawyer with the firm's Fort Lauderdale East office. Kip O. Lassner is a partner leading the firm's Fort Lauderdale West location and is the partner in charge of the workers' compensation department firm-wide. He concentrates his practice in worker's compensation. He has lectured to employers, insurance adjusters and insurance professionals on the issues of worker's compensation, bad faith and the duties and liabilities of independent adjusters. He is certified by the State of Florida as an Instructor of Insurance Education for workers' compensation adjusters. Mr. Lassner is also a recently retired Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves where he served as an Army attorney in the Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG). Mr. Lassner joined the U.S. Army Reserves in 1987 as a Private, and left law school to fight in Desert Storm. After later graduating from law school, he served 21 years in the Florida Army National Guard and then transferred back to the U.S. Army Reserve for a total of 35 years of service to our Nation.
Mr. Lassner received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Law Center and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
Mr. Lassner is a member of the Florida Bar, the Military Affairs Committee, and the National Guard Officers Association. Scott Bassman concentrates his practice on state and federal civil trial and appellate law, including banking and financial and class action litigation, civil rights, commercial litigation, condominium and homeowners' association, employment and labor law, errors and omissions, land use and real property disputes, premises liability, product liability, and professional malpractice. He has experience handling Errors and Omissions claims, including those brought against insurance brokers and agents. Mr. Bassman has been recognized by Florida Trend Magazine in its Legal Elite publication and as a Top Lawyer in the South Florida Legal Guide.
Mr. Bassman earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and minor in Computer Science from Florida State University, and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University (where he graduated in two and a half years and in the top fifteen percent of his class). While in law school, Mr. Bassman was an Associate Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and finalist for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's negotiation competition.
