CSI - Key Persons
Mr. Stout holds Class "A" General Engineering and Class "B" General Contractor's Licenses from the Contractor State License Board (CSLB). He is Certified with the ICC as a Building Inspector and ADA Plans Examiner. Over the years, he has consulted, built, and/or managed 2500+ projects combined, including infrastructure and tenant improvements for commercial projects.
